【摘要】：農(nóng)牧業(yè)機(jī)械化標(biāo)志著農(nóng)牧業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的進(jìn)步,而飼草生產(chǎn)機(jī)械化是農(nóng)牧業(yè)機(jī)械化的重要組成部分,牧草收獲已從傳統(tǒng)人工收獲方式發(fā)展到今天的自動(dòng)撿拾壓捆機(jī)械收獲。打結(jié)器是壓捆機(jī)械的核心部件,本文以9YFQ-1.9型正牽引跨行式方捆壓捆機(jī)為例,分析其裝配的D型打結(jié)器的工作原理,運(yùn)用CATIA軟件對打結(jié)器架體逆向建模,借助ANSYS workbench14.5軟件對架體進(jìn)行有限元分析,并對其進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化。本文在分析打結(jié)器成結(jié)原理的基礎(chǔ)上,針對打結(jié)器架體在工作中斷裂的問題,分別對打結(jié)器正常工作和故障兩種狀態(tài)下的架體進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)靜力分析,并對架體進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化。正常工作狀態(tài)下的架體有限元分析顯示,架體的等效應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變均符合設(shè)計(jì)要求；當(dāng)夾繩盤故障導(dǎo)致蝸輪蝸桿無法工作時(shí),有限元分析顯示架體的應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變主要集中在架體蝸桿軸孔的腰部,與實(shí)際斷裂部位相吻合。據(jù)此,運(yùn)用Shape optimization工具對處理后的架體模型進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化。在考慮裝配尺寸和加工工藝的前提下,根據(jù)優(yōu)化結(jié)果對架體三維模型進(jìn)行修改,加厚了蝸桿軸孔壁,加寬了打結(jié)鉗支座,并在兩者之間增加加強(qiáng)肋。對優(yōu)化后的架體進(jìn)行故障狀態(tài)的有限元分析,結(jié)果顯示結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化達(dá)到了預(yù)期效果。
[Abstract]:The mechanization of agriculture and animal husbandry marks the progress of the modernization of agriculture and animal husbandry, and the mechanization of forage production is an important part of mechanization of agriculture and animal husbandry.The knotter is the core part of the baling machine. This paper takes the 9YFQ-1.9 type forward traction straddle binding machine as an example, analyzes the working principle of the D type knotter assembled by it, and uses CATIA software to build the reverse model of the knotter frame.The finite element analysis of the frame is carried out with the help of ANSYS workbench14.5 software, and the structure topology is optimized.In this paper, based on the analysis of the formation principle of the knot holder, aiming at the problem of the fracture of the structure in the working process, the structure static analysis of the frame in the normal working state and the fault state of the knotting device is carried out, and the structural topology optimization of the frame body is carried out.The finite element analysis of the frame under normal working condition shows that the equivalent stress and strain of the frame all meet the design requirements.The finite element analysis shows that the stress and strain of the frame are mainly concentrated at the waist of the shaft hole of the worm, which coincides with the actual fracture position.Based on this, the structure topology of the processed frame model is optimized by using Shape optimization tool.On the premise of considering the assembly size and processing technology, the three-dimensional model of the frame is modified according to the optimized results, the worm shaft hole wall is thickened, the tie clamp support is widened, and the stiffening rib is added between the two.The finite element analysis of the fault state of the optimized frame shows that the structure optimization achieves the desired effect.
