草原生態(tài)文明系統(tǒng)的價(jià)值協(xié)同研究

【摘要】:隨著文明形態(tài)的歷史演進(jìn),繼黨的十七大提出“生態(tài)文明”這一重要理念后,黨的十八大、十八屆三中全會(huì)以及2015年全國兩會(huì)都反復(fù)闡述“生態(tài)文明”建設(shè)的重要意義,那么,草原作為生態(tài)文明建設(shè)中不可或缺的一部分,也日益成為一個(gè)學(xué)科研究的重點(diǎn)。本文以此為研究出發(fā)點(diǎn),從系統(tǒng)協(xié)同學(xué)、價(jià)值論的角度研究草原生態(tài)文明系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部價(jià)值客體間、價(jià)值主體間以及價(jià)值主客體之間的關(guān)系,最終使草原生態(tài)系統(tǒng)由混沌無序向穩(wěn)定有序轉(zhuǎn)變的一種穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。研究內(nèi)容具體如下:1.運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)哲學(xué)的理論將草原生態(tài)文明視作一個(gè)系統(tǒng)整體,分析構(gòu)成草原生態(tài)文明系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的包括客體、主體等構(gòu)成要素,及系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的主體與客體的關(guān)系。并從草原生態(tài)文明系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的主客體關(guān)系出發(fā),從系統(tǒng)價(jià)值的生成基礎(chǔ)、生成條件及生成實(shí)質(zhì)三個(gè)方面系統(tǒng)地探討了草原生態(tài)文明系統(tǒng)的價(jià)值生成關(guān)系。2.在草原生態(tài)文明系統(tǒng)的價(jià)值生成關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,基于草原生態(tài)現(xiàn)狀,對失衡因素進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。從草原生態(tài)文明系統(tǒng)所出現(xiàn)的多樣的價(jià)值失衡的表現(xiàn)形態(tài)出發(fā),分析造成價(jià)值失衡的原因,如:價(jià)值主體需求的多樣化、價(jià)值客體的優(yōu)良度變化、價(jià)值客體與主體的代際差異以及價(jià)值主體對客體的期望落差等系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部諸要素的變化。3.從以人為價(jià)值主體構(gòu)成的人類實(shí)踐系統(tǒng)與草原生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的關(guān)系出發(fā),分析價(jià)值主體的需要即人的需要與價(jià)值協(xié)同的關(guān)系,具體分析了推進(jìn)草原生態(tài)文明系統(tǒng)價(jià)值協(xié)同的基本原則及推進(jìn)生態(tài)文明系統(tǒng)價(jià)值協(xié)同的重要途徑以及價(jià)值協(xié)同作用下的草原生態(tài)文明系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的預(yù)期效果。因此,本文得出的結(jié)論是:價(jià)值協(xié)同理論作為一種全新的研究視角,在研究草原生態(tài)文明的構(gòu)建時(shí),既要從價(jià)值論的維度重新來界定人類與草原之間的價(jià)值關(guān)系,價(jià)值主體要素在草原生態(tài)文明系統(tǒng)價(jià)值協(xié)同中的重要作用以及重新界定草原生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的三大價(jià)值,尤其是內(nèi)在價(jià)值;又要以協(xié)同原理為指導(dǎo),強(qiáng)調(diào)主客體之間的價(jià)值協(xié)同、主體自身內(nèi)部各要素之間的協(xié)同以及不同利益主體之間的價(jià)值協(xié)同。
[Abstract]:With the historical evolution of civilization, and following the important idea of "ecological civilization" put forward by the 17th National Congress of the Party, the 18th CPC National Congress, the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the two national conferences in 2015 all repeatedly expounded the significance of the construction of "ecological civilization".Grassland, as an indispensable part of ecological civilization construction, has increasingly become the focus of a discipline.From the point of view of system Synergy and value Theory, this paper studies the relationship among the value objects, the value subjects and the value subjects in the grassland ecological civilization system.Finally, the steppe ecosystem changes from chaos disorder to stable order.The contents of the study are as follows: 1.Based on the theory of system philosophy, the grassland ecological civilization is regarded as a whole system, and the internal elements of grassland ecological civilization system, including object, subject and so on, as well as the relationship between subject and object within the system are analyzed.Starting from the relationship between subject and object in grassland ecological civilization system, this paper systematically discusses the value generation relation of grassland ecological civilization system from three aspects: the basis of system value generation, the generating condition and the generating substance.On the basis of the relationship between the value generation of grassland ecological civilization system and the present situation of grassland ecology, the correlation analysis of the unbalanced factors is carried out.Based on the various forms of value imbalance in the grassland ecological civilization system, this paper analyzes the causes of the value imbalance, such as the diversification of the demand of the value subject, the change of the quality of the value object,The intergenerational difference between the value object and the subject, and the difference in expectation between the value subject and the object.Based on the relationship between human practice system and grassland ecosystem, the relationship between human needs and value coordination is analyzed.This paper analyzes the basic principles of promoting the value coordination of grassland ecological civilization system, the important ways to promote the value coordination of ecological civilization system and the expected effect of the development of grassland ecological civilization system under the action of value coordination.Therefore, the conclusion of this paper is: as a new research perspective, the theory of value synergy should redefine the value relationship between human beings and grassland from the dimension of value theory when studying the construction of grassland ecological civilization.The important role of value subject elements in the coordination of the value of grassland ecological civilization system and the redefinition of three great values of grassland ecosystem, especially the intrinsic value, the value coordination between subject and object should be emphasized under the guidance of coordination principle.The coordination among the elements and the value coordination among different interest subjects.
