【摘要】：試驗(yàn)旨在研究三聚氰胺對(duì)肉雞的亞慢性毒性。選取120只1日齡健康A(chǔ)A肉雞,隨機(jī)分成5組,第1組為對(duì)照組,第2~5組為試驗(yàn)組,分別飼喂含三聚氰胺0、40、120、360和1 080 mg/kg的飼料,試驗(yàn)期為60 d。結(jié)果表明,肉雞攝入含三聚氰胺360 mg/kg和1 080 mg/kg的飼料,出現(xiàn)明顯的中毒癥狀和死亡,肉雞料重比、平均日增重極顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.01);血漿丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)和天門(mén)冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(AST)活性、血漿肌酐、尿酸含量以及肝臟和腎臟指數(shù)顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。肉雞攝入含三聚氰胺40 mg/kg和120 mg/kg的飼料,其生產(chǎn)性能、血液生化指標(biāo)及臟器指數(shù)與對(duì)照組無(wú)明顯差異(P0.05)。由此可見(jiàn),肉雞攝入飼料中三聚氰胺含量高于360 mg/kg可發(fā)生三聚氰胺中毒,中毒靶器官是肝臟和腎臟;飼料中三聚氰胺對(duì)肉雞的無(wú)可見(jiàn)有害作用水平為120 mg/kg。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to study the subchronic toxicity of melamine to broilers.120 1-day-old healthy AA broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups, the first group was the control group and the second group was the experimental group. The diets containing melamine 040120360 and 1080 mg/kg were fed respectively for 60 days.The results showed that the diet containing melamine 360 mg/kg and 1 080 mg/kg had obvious toxic symptoms and death, and the feed weight ratio of broiler chickens.Average daily gain (ADG) was significantly lower than that of control group (P 0.01), plasma alanine aminotransferase (alt) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity, plasma creatinine, uric acid content and liver and kidney index were significantly higher than those in control group (P 0.05).There was no significant difference in production performance, blood biochemical index and viscera index between broiler and control group when fed with 40 mg/kg and 120 mg/kg melamine.It can be seen that melamine poisoning can occur in broilers when the content of melamine in feed is more than 360 mg/kg, and the toxic target organs are liver and kidney, and the level of no visible harmful effect of melamine on broilers is 120 mg / kg.
