【摘要】：為確定內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)羊源大腸桿菌的耐藥表型及其耐藥基因的流行情況,本研究采用微量稀釋法測(cè)定了內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)108株羊源大腸桿菌對(duì)13種臨床常用抗菌藥物的最小抑菌濃度。結(jié)果顯示,分離菌株對(duì)阿莫西林、頭孢噻吩、磺胺甲唑、黏菌素的耐藥率最高,均達(dá)100.0%,對(duì)阿莫西林/克拉維酸、四環(huán)素、環(huán)丙沙星的耐藥率在50%~80%之間,對(duì)頭孢噻肟、美洛培南、新霉素的耐藥率均低于10%,較為敏感。108株羊源大腸桿菌中耐7種以上藥物的菌株占94.4%,其中15.6%菌株對(duì)13種抗菌藥物耐藥,只有1株菌對(duì)所有抗菌藥物敏感。采用PCR方法對(duì)羊源大腸桿菌分離株所攜帶的6種相關(guān)耐藥基因進(jìn)行檢測(cè),結(jié)果顯示,6種耐藥基因中的4種耐藥基因blaTEM、proP-2、sul-Ⅰ、ampG檢出率超過(guò)50%,耐藥基因aph(3′)-Ⅰ攜帶率達(dá)40%,只有耐藥基因aac(3)-Ⅱ檢出率僅為5.5%。由此可見(jiàn),內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)羊源大腸桿菌對(duì)13種抗菌藥物產(chǎn)生了不同程度的耐藥性,且存在嚴(yán)重的多重耐藥情況,羊源大腸桿菌分離株攜帶aph(3′)-Ⅰ、sul-Ⅰ、ampG、blaTEM、proP-2、aac(3)-Ⅱ耐藥基因。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the phenotype of drug resistance of sheep Escherichia coli and the prevalence of drug resistance genes in Inner Mongolia region, the minimal inhibitory concentration of 108 sheep Escherichia coli strains against 13 kinds of commonly used antimicrobial agents in Inner Mongolia was determined by microdilution method.The results showed that the resistant rate of the isolated strains to amoxicillin, cefthiophene, sulfamethazol and myxin was the highest (100.0%). The resistance rates to amoxicillin / clavulanic acid, tetracycline, ciprofloxacin were between 50% and 80%, and the resistance rates to cefotaxime, melopenem, amoxicillin, clavulanic acid and ciprofloxacin were between 50% and 80%, respectively.The drug resistance rate of neomycin was lower than 10. The resistance rate of more than 7 drugs in 108 strains of sheep Escherichia coli was 94. 4%. Among them, 15. 6% strains were resistant to 13 kinds of antibiotics, only 1 strain was sensitive to all antimicrobial agents.PCR method was used to detect 6 related drug resistance genes carried by Escherichia coli isolates from sheep.The results showed that the detectable rate of 4 resistant genes of 6 drug resistance genes was over 50.
