乳酸菌固體發(fā)酵扶正解毒散的工藝優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:為研究扶正解毒散及其組方各味中藥對乳酸菌生長的影響,提高扶正解毒散中乳酸菌的數(shù)量,將乳酸菌分別接種于扶正解毒散及單味中藥中,并利用正交試驗設計的方法對發(fā)酵條件及培養(yǎng)基進行優(yōu)化。結(jié)果顯示乳酸菌可以在扶正解毒散及組方各味中藥中生長,最優(yōu)發(fā)酵條件為:溫度32℃,含水量40%,接種量10%;最適營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)添加量為每千克培養(yǎng)基中含紅糖5g、酵母粉3g、蛋白胨3g。結(jié)果表明,乳酸菌能發(fā)酵扶正解毒散,與初始發(fā)酵條件及培養(yǎng)基相比,乳酸菌活菌數(shù)提高了10.59倍,為2.11×10~9 CFU/g。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of Fuzheng jiedu powder and its components on the growth of lactic acid bacteria, and to increase the number of lactic acid bacteria in Fuzheng jiedu powder, the lactic acid bacteria were inoculated in Fuzheng jiedu powder and single Chinese medicine respectively.The fermentation conditions and culture medium were optimized by orthogonal design.The results showed that lactic acid bacteria could grow in Fuzheng jiedu powder and its components.
