【摘要】：本文旨在應(yīng)用Meta分析方法研究10~25 kg仔豬賴氨酸(Lys)需要量及其影響因素。本研究檢索了1990年至2016年期間發(fā)表的有關(guān)仔豬Lys需要量的研究,根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)篩選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)共17篇文獻(xiàn)被納入研究。用二次曲線(QC)模型、線性平臺(LP)模型和曲線平臺(CLP)模型估計了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)回腸可消化賴氨酸(SID Lys)需要量。結(jié)果表明:LP模型估計得到的SID Lys需要量較低,而QC和CLP模型的估計值較高且基本一致。其中,飼糧SID Lys含量變化不影響仔豬的平均日采食量(ADFI)(PQC=0.828 0,Plinear=0.584 4);以平均日增重(ADG)和料重比(F/G)為因變量,SID Lys含量為自變量,用QC模型估計得出10~25 kg仔豬飼糧SID Lys需要量分別為1.280%(P0.000 1)和1.260%(P0.000 1)。飼糧類型以及遺傳背景等因素影響SID Lys需要量。其中,玉米-豆粕飼糧和非玉米-豆粕飼糧的SID Lys需要量分別為1.307%(P=0.005 0)和1.138%(P=0.000 1);中國地方豬種和瘦肉型豬種的SID Lys需要量分別為1.060%(P=0.001 2)和1.334%(P=0.004 3)。綜上,為滿足10~25 kg仔豬達(dá)到最佳生長性能,飼糧SID Lys需要量為1.230%~1.280%,同時應(yīng)考慮飼糧類型以及豬的遺傳背景等因素
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the Lys-Lys-lysine requirement of 10 ~ 25kg piglets and its influencing factors by using the Meta analysis method, and to retrieve the studies on the Lys requirements of piglets published from 1990 to 2016. According to the criteria of literature selection, 17 articles were included in the study. The standard ileum digestible lysine lysine (Sid Lys) requirement is estimated by the linear platform (LP) model and the curve platform (CP) model. The results show that the SID Lys requirement estimated by the SID / LP model is lower than that by the QC and CLP models. The change of dietary SID Lys content had no effect on the average daily feed intake (ADFI) of piglets. The average daily gain (ADG) and feed / weight ratio (F / G) were taken as dependent variables, and the content of Sid Lys was taken as independent variable, and the average daily gain (ADG) and feed / weight ratio (F / G) were taken as independent variables. By using QC model, the dietary SID Lys requirements of 10 ~ 25 kg piglets were estimated to be 1.280%(P0.000 _ 1) and 1.260%(P0.000 _ (1), respectively. Dietary type and genetic background were used to influence the SID Lys requirements. The SID Lys requirements of corn-soybean meal diet and non-corn-soybean meal diet were 1.307%(P=0.005 0 and 1.138%(P=0.000 1, respectively, and the SID Lys requirements of local Chinese and lean pig breeds were 1.060%(P=0.001 2 and 1.334%(P=0.004 3, respectively. The dietary SID Lys requirement was 1.230% and 1.280%, and the dietary type and genetic background of pigs should be taken into account.
