白術(shù)多糖、枯草芽孢桿菌對育成期蛋雞生長性能和血清免疫指標的影響

【摘要】:試驗旨在研究飼糧添加白術(shù)多糖、枯草芽孢桿菌對育成期蛋雞生長性能和血清免疫指標的影響。選用體重相近、健康的11周齡海蘭褐蛋雞480只,隨機分成12組,每組4個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)10只。采用4(白術(shù)多糖:0、0.2%、0.4%和0.6%)×3(枯草芽孢桿菌:0、250 mg/kg和500 mg/kg)因子設(shè)計試驗。試驗期為7周,其中預(yù)試期1周,正試期6周。結(jié)果顯示:(1)飼糧中添加白術(shù)多糖對育成期蛋雞的平均日采食量和血清Ig M含量無顯著影響(P0.05),但可以顯著提高其末體重、平均日增重和血清Ig A、Ig G含量(P0.05),降低料重比(P0.05);(2)飼糧中添加枯草芽孢桿菌對育成期蛋雞的末體重、平均日采食量和料重比及血清Ig A含量均無顯著影響(P0.05),但可以顯著提高其平均日增重(P0.05),并提高血清Ig G和Ig M含量(P0.05);(3)白術(shù)多糖和枯草芽孢桿菌的互作效應(yīng)對育成期蛋雞的平均日采食量和血清Ig A、Ig M含量無顯著影響(P0.05),但可顯著提高其末體重、平均日增重和血清Ig G含量,降低料重比(P0.05)。試驗表明,白術(shù)多糖和枯草芽孢桿菌兩者互作對育成期蛋雞的生長性能和血清免疫指標有協(xié)同作用,且以添加0.4%白術(shù)多糖和250 mg/kg枯草芽孢桿菌組的效果較佳。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of dietary Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides and Bacillus subtilis on growth performance and serum immune index of laying hens.Four hundred and eighty Hailan brown layers of similar weight and healthy 11 weeks were randomly divided into 12 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 10 layers in each group.The experiment was designed with 4 (Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharide 0: 0. 2% and 0. 6%) 脳 3 (Bacillus subtilis: 0 250 mg/kg and 500 mg / kg) factor.The trial period was 7 weeks, in which the pretest period was 1 week and the positive trial period was 6 weeks.The results showed that the addition of Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides in diet had no significant effect on the average daily intake and serum IgM content of laying hens, but could significantly increase the end weight of laying hens.The average daily gain (ADG) and serum IgA Ig G content (P0.05G) decreased the feed / weight ratio (P0.05G / kg).) the supplementation of Bacillus subtilis in diet on the end weight of laying hens at growing stage was studied.The average daily feed intake and serum IgA Ig M content of laying hens had no significant effect on P0.05, but they could significantly increase their end weight.The average daily gain (ADG) and serum IgG content decreased the feed weight ratio (P < 0.05).The results showed that the interaction of Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides and Bacillus subtilis had synergistic effects on growth performance and serum immune index of laying hens, and the effects of adding 0.4% Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharide and 250 mg/kg Bacillus subtilis were better.
