【摘要】：羊駝業(yè)是我國畜牧業(yè)中的新興產(chǎn)業(yè),發(fā)展時間較短,與國外羊駝業(yè)發(fā)展相比存在極大差距。近幾年隨著羊駝毛需求量的大幅增加以及人們對于毛制品品質(zhì)要求的提高,發(fā)展羊駝業(yè)對我國而言是機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存。如何構(gòu)筑合理有效的羊駝業(yè)發(fā)展動力機(jī)制對于加快我國羊駝業(yè)形成與發(fā)展的步伐,促進(jìn)畜牧業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)新增長具有重要意義。本文以產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的動力研究為切入點(diǎn),深入研究推動我國羊駝業(yè)發(fā)展的動力因素,在大量閱讀文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對羊駝業(yè)動力機(jī)制的相關(guān)概念和理論進(jìn)行梳理,對國內(nèi)外研究動態(tài)進(jìn)行概述；依據(jù)“鉆石模型”、動力機(jī)制等相關(guān)理論知識,結(jié)合我國羊駝業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,探討影響其發(fā)展的潛在動力因子,歸納總結(jié)出羊駝業(yè)系統(tǒng)動力結(jié)構(gòu)是由主動力、推動力、拉力和支持力子系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成的互動型復(fù)雜系統(tǒng),其中,主動力系統(tǒng)包括利益、創(chuàng)新、合作及產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈驅(qū)動力,推動力系統(tǒng)包括政府、行業(yè)協(xié)會及科研機(jī)構(gòu)推動力,拉力系統(tǒng)包括經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和市場需求拉力,支持力系統(tǒng)包括自然、人力、資金、技術(shù)和信息資源支持力,通過分析各動力系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)體系、動力作用原理,最終構(gòu)建我國羊駝業(yè)發(fā)展的動力機(jī)制模型；運(yùn)用德爾菲法與層次分析法相結(jié)合對所構(gòu)建的動力機(jī)制進(jìn)行定量分析,找出主要動力因素,有針對性地從羊駝業(yè)主動力、推動力、拉力及支持力系統(tǒng)入手進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,尤其著重培育和優(yōu)化主動力系統(tǒng)和推動力系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Alpaca industry is a new industry in animal husbandry in China, which has a relatively short development time and has a great gap with the development of foreign alpaca industry. In recent years, with the increase of the demand for alpaca wool and the improvement of people's quality requirements for wool products, The development of alpaca industry is an opportunity and a challenge for our country. How to construct a reasonable and effective dynamic mechanism for the development of alpaca industry in our country will accelerate the formation and development of alpaca industry in China. It is of great significance to promote the new growth of animal husbandry economy. Based on the research on the motive force of industrial development, this paper makes a thorough study on the motive factors of promoting the development of alpaca industry in China, and on the basis of reading a lot of literature, The related concepts and theories of the dynamic mechanism of alpaca industry are combed out, the research trends at home and abroad are summarized, and according to the relevant theoretical knowledge such as "diamond model", dynamic mechanism and so on, the present situation of the development of alpaca industry in China is combined. The potential dynamic factors affecting the development of alpaca are discussed. The dynamic structure of alpaca industry system is an interactive complex system composed of main power, driving force, pull force and support force subsystem, in which the main power system includes benefits and innovation. The driving force system includes government, industry association and scientific research institutions, the pull system includes economic development and market demand, and the support system includes natural, human and capital. By analyzing the structure system and the principle of dynamic action of each power system, the dynamic mechanism model of the development of alpaca industry in China is constructed. Using Delphi method and Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the dynamic mechanism was analyzed quantitatively to find out the main motive factors, and to optimize the owner's power, driving force, pull force and support force system of alpaca. In particular, emphasis is placed on cultivating and optimizing the main power system and the driving force system.
