【摘要】：為了解豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征病毒(PRRSV)流行株的變異情況,將PRRSV陽(yáng)性病料處理后接種Marc-145細(xì)胞,成功分離到1株P(guān)RRSV毒株,將其命名為HENZXC-4,并對(duì)其全基因組序列進(jìn)行測(cè)定和分析。結(jié)果表明,HENZXC-4為未發(fā)生重組的類NADC30毒株,其N(xiāo)SP2蛋白存在131個(gè)氨基酸不連續(xù)缺失,且其GP5蛋白存在1個(gè)氨基酸插入。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the variation of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSVV) epidemic strain, Marc-145 cells were inoculated with PRRSV positive venereal material, and one PRRSV strain was isolated successfully. It was named HENZXC-4 and its whole genome sequence was determined and analyzed. The results showed that HENZXC-4 was a NADC30 like virus strain without recombination, its NSP2 protein had 131 amino acid discontinuities and its GP5 protein had one amino acid insertion.
