豫西某規(guī);i場豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征抗體檢測與分析

【摘要】:豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征(PRRS)對養(yǎng)豬業(yè)的危害很大。2014年7月,在豫西某規(guī);i場出現(xiàn)母豬流產(chǎn)、死胎,保育豬死亡率上升,呼吸急促、體溫升高、食欲下降、個別豬出現(xiàn)耳部出血、淤血呈紫紅色等癥狀。隨后針對PRRS對該豬場進行調(diào)查,用PRRSV弱毒苗進行集中免疫,對PRRSV血清抗體進行檢測與分析,提出適合本場的最佳免疫方案,為控制該場PRRSV的感染提供技術(shù)支持。在免疫前,隨機抽取母豬和公豬共140頭進行抗體檢測,發(fā)現(xiàn)抗體陽性率達到22.14%。在免疫前未檢出抗體的母豬中,選取35頭妊娠母豬,分別在妊娠后7 d、30 d、50 d、70 d、90 d 5個不同時間進行免疫,在免疫后7 d、21 d、28 d、56 d、84 d、110 d分別進行PRRSV抗體檢測。結(jié)果表明,免疫后21 d~84 d抗體維持較高水平,直至免疫后110 d抗體仍有保護作用。在免疫前未檢出抗體的母豬中,在其妊娠不同時間標(biāo)記8個組進行免疫,各組選取3頭母豬,待分娩后,各組隨機選取6頭仔豬,在14 d對PRRSV母源抗體進行檢測。結(jié)果表明,母豬在妊娠36 d~110 d時免疫后,所產(chǎn)仔豬在14 d時抗體較高,但豬群中50 d前和80 d后免疫的妊娠母豬有流產(chǎn)現(xiàn)象。因此,確定在妊娠50 d~80 d進行母豬免疫接種。選擇妊娠50 d~80 d的7頭母豬進行PRRSV弱毒苗免疫,待分娩后分別抽取6頭仔豬,在7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d、35 d、45 d、55 d進行PRRSV母源抗體檢測。結(jié)果表明,仔豬在產(chǎn)后至21 d一直維持著較高的PRRSV母源抗體水平,至35 d時母源抗體接近臨界值(S/P≥0.4為抗體陽性)。因此,確定仔豬的首免時間為產(chǎn)后35 d。
[Abstract]:In July 2014, in a large-scale pig farm in western Henan Province, sow abortion, stillbirth, increased mortality, rapid breathing, elevated body temperature, decreased appetite, and ear hemorrhage occurred in some pigs. The blood congestion showed purple red and other symptoms. Then the pig farm was investigated with PRRSV attenuated vaccine, the serum antibody of PRRSV was detected and analyzed, and the best immunization scheme was put forward. In order to provide technical support for the control of PRRSV infection, a total of 140 sows and boars were randomly selected for antibody detection before immunization, and the antibody positive rate reached 22.14. 35 pregnant sows were selected among the sows that did not detect antibodies before immunization. The PRRSV antibody was detected on the 7th day, 30th day, 50th day, 70th day, 90th day, respectively, and the PRRSV antibody was detected on the 7th day, 21st day, 28 day, 56 day, 84 day, respectively. The results showed that the antibody level maintained a high level at 21 days after immunization and 84 days at 84 days after immunization. The antibody still had protective effect until 110 days after immunization. Among the sows that had not detected antibody before immunization, 8 groups were immunized at different time of pregnancy, 3 sows were selected in each group, and 6 piglets were randomly selected after delivery. PRRSV maternal antibody was detected on the 14th day. The results showed that after immunized at 36d / 110d of gestation, the antibody of the piglets produced was higher at the 14th day, but the pregnant sows which were immunized 50 days before and 80 days later had abortion phenomenon. Seven sows were selected to be immunized with PRRSV attenuated vaccine on day 50 to day 80 of gestation, 6 piglets were selected after delivery, and the maternal antibodies of PRRSV were detected at day 14, day 14, day 21, day 28, day 28, day 35, day 45, day 55, respectively.
