基因編輯技術(shù)的發(fā)展及在畜牧業(yè)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:畜牧業(yè)作為支撐我國農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的一大支柱,對提高人民生活質(zhì)量,促進農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,具有重大意義。自上個世紀80年代美國成功在植物基因組上實現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定基因編輯以來,轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)取得了飛速的發(fā)展;蛐揎梽游锏陌l(fā)展在推動生命科學(xué)研究的同時,也深刻地影響到了諸如農(nóng)業(yè)、畜牧業(yè)、醫(yī)療業(yè)等諸多行業(yè)的發(fā)展。在畜牧業(yè),基因編輯技術(shù)主要應(yīng)用于:優(yōu)化畜產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)、提高畜禽抗病能力、生產(chǎn)特種畜產(chǎn)品和通過基因編輯手段進行畜禽類去勢等方面。此外,基因編輯技術(shù)還可以用于畜牧業(yè)飼料添加,通過降低畜牧業(yè)飼養(yǎng)成本,間接提高畜牧業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟效率。
[Abstract]:Animal husbandry, as a pillar of supporting agricultural economy in China, is of great significance in improving the quality of life of people and promoting the development of agricultural economy. Since the successful implementation of stable gene editing in the plant genome in the United States in the 1980s, Transgenic technology has made rapid progress. The development of genetically modified animals not only promotes life science research, but also profoundly affects the development of many industries, such as agriculture, animal husbandry, medical treatment, etc. In animal husbandry, Gene editing technology is mainly used in the following aspects: optimizing the production of livestock products, improving the disease resistance of livestock and poultry, producing special animal products and castration of livestock and poultry by means of gene editing, etc. Gene editing technology can also be used to feed animal husbandry, by reducing the raising cost of animal husbandry, indirectly improving the economic efficiency of animal husbandry production.
