【摘要】：睪丸的主要功能是制造精子,而睪丸中生殖激素與其受體的結(jié)合又影響著精子的發(fā)生和成熟,因此家禽睪丸中生殖激素受體的研究對提高其受精率具有十分重要的意義。本文主要闡述四類生殖激素受體——促卵泡激素受體、促黃體激素受體、雄激素受體和雌激素受體的研究進展,為提高家禽繁殖力,推進家禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:The primary function of the testis is to produce sperm, and the binding of reproductive hormones in the testis to its receptors affects the development and maturation of sperm. Therefore, the study of reproductive hormone receptors in the testis of poultry is very important to improve their fertilization rate. In this paper, four kinds of reproductive hormone receptors, follicle stimulating hormone receptor, luteinizing hormone receptor, are discussed. The research progress of androgen receptor and estrogen receptor provides some reference for improving poultry reproduction and promoting the development of poultry industry.
