【摘要】：本試驗旨在研究飼糧中添加不同水平殼聚糖對14~70日齡揚州鵝生長性能、屠宰性能、臟器指數(shù)及血清生化指標的影響,以確定鵝飼糧中殼聚糖適宜添加水平。選取360只14日齡健康、體重相近的揚州鵝公鵝,隨機分為5個組,每組6個重復,每個重復12只鵝。對照組飼喂基礎飼糧,試驗組分別飼喂在基礎飼糧中添加250、500、1 000和2 000 mg/kg殼聚糖的試驗飼糧。試驗期56 d。結果表明,與對照組相比:1)飼糧添加500 mg/kg殼聚糖顯著提高了42、56和70日齡鵝體重及14~70日齡平均日采食量、平均日增重(P0.05),顯著降低了14~70日齡料重比(P0.05)。2)飼糧添加250、500、1 000和2 000 mg/kg殼聚糖顯著降低了鵝腹脂率(P0.05)。3)飼糧添加500 mg/kg殼聚糖顯著提高了鵝心臟指數(shù)、肝臟指數(shù)、脾臟指數(shù)、空腸指數(shù)、回腸指數(shù)和盲腸指數(shù)(P0.05)。4)飼糧添加500 mg/kg殼聚糖顯著提高了鵝血清球蛋白、葡萄糖含量(P0.05),顯著降低了血清堿性磷酸酶活性(P0.05);飼糧添加250、500、1 000 mg/kg殼聚糖顯著降低了血清中甘油三酯、總膽固醇含量(P0.05)。由此可知,飼糧中添加殼聚糖可以改善揚州鵝生長性能,對其屠宰性能、臟器指數(shù)和血清生化指標有一定影響。在生產(chǎn)實踐中,揚州鵝飼糧中殼聚糖添加500 mg/kg效果最佳。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different levels of chitosan on growth performance, slaughter performance, organ index and serum biochemical index of 140-day-old Yangzhou Goose. 360 healthy Yangzhou geese with similar body weight and 14 days old were randomly divided into 5 groups, 6 replicates in each group and 12 geese in each group. The control group was fed with basic diet. The experimental group was fed with 2 000 mg/kg chitosan and 2 000 mg/kg chitosan in the basal diet for 56 days. The results showed that: 1 000 and 2 000 mg/kg chitosan were added to the basal diet for 56 days. Compared with the control group, the body weight and the average daily intake of 140-day-old goose were significantly increased by adding 500 mg/kg chitosan to the diet of 420.56 and 70-day-old geese. The average daily gain (ADG) of P0.05N significantly decreased the ratio of feed to weight of 140-70 days (P 0.05N 路2). The addition of #number0# mg/kg chitosan significantly decreased the fat rate of goose abdominal fat (P0.05U 路3) the dietary supplementation of 500 mg/kg chitosan significantly increased the heart index, liver index, spleen index, jejunal index of geese, and increased the body weight of the goose, the liver index, the spleen index, the jejunum index, the liver index, the spleen index and the jejunal index. Ileum index and cecum index (P0.05 路4) diet supplemented with 500 mg/kg chitosan significantly increased serum globulin, glucose content, decreased serum alkaline phosphatase activity (P0.05N) and decreased serum triglyceride (TG) by adding 250 500 mg/kg chitosan. It can be concluded that the addition of chitosan to diet can improve the growth performance of Yangzhou geese, and has some effects on slaughter performance, organ index and serum biochemical index. The best effect was obtained by adding 500 mg/kg chitosan to Yangzhou goose diet.
