大蒜素對蛋雞免疫功能及生產(chǎn)性能的影響

【摘要】:本實驗以哈爾濱市某種雞場200只1日齡海蘭褐雌性蛋雛雞為研究對象,預飼一周后,隨機分為4組,每組50只蛋雛雞,分別飼喂含0(對照組)、50(低劑量組)、100(中劑量組)和150(高劑量組)mg/kg大蒜素的全價雞飼料,試驗周期為35d,每隔5天統(tǒng)計耗料量,隨時觀察雞群健康狀況。實驗結(jié)束時,每組取20只雞,稱量蛋雛雞體重、脾臟重、胸腺重及法氏囊重,計算免疫器官臟器系數(shù)、平均日增重和料重比。采用分光光度法、免疫濁度法、微量血凝抑制試驗、染色法、放射免疫測定技術及補體結(jié)合受體試驗檢測血清和免疫器官中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量;血清中免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)、免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)、免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)、補體C3及C4含量;血清新城疫抗體效價;血液中白細胞(WBC)、淋巴細胞及ANAE+T數(shù)量;血清白細胞介素2(IL-2)和腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)含量;紅細胞表面檢測紅細胞受體花環(huán)率(RBC-C3b RR)和紅細胞免疫復合物花環(huán)率(RBC-ICR)。余下的120只實驗雞停止飼喂含大蒜素飼料,正常飼養(yǎng)至200日齡,檢測產(chǎn)蛋率、料蛋比、畸形蛋率。旨在探討大蒜素對蛋雞免疫功能及生產(chǎn)性能的影響,結(jié)果表明:(1)隨大蒜素劑量增加,大蒜素組蛋雛雞血清、脾臟、胸腺及法氏囊中SOD、GSH-Px活性顯著高于對照組(P0.05;P0.01),發(fā)蒜素組MDA含量顯著低于對照組(P0.05;P0.01),說明大蒜素能提升蛋雛雞抗氧化能力。(2)隨大蒜素劑量增加,大蒜素組蛋雛雞脾臟、胸腺及法氏囊的臟器系數(shù)均顯著高于對照組(P0.05;P0.01),說明大蒜素可促進蛋雛雞免疫器官生長發(fā)育。(3)隨大蒜素劑量增加,大蒜素組蛋雛雞血清Ig G、Ig A、Ig M含量及新城疫HI抗體效價均顯著高于對照組間(P0.05;P0.01),說明大蒜素可提高蛋雛雞體液免疫功能。(4)隨大蒜素劑量增加,大蒜素組蛋雛雞外周血中WBC數(shù)、淋巴細胞總數(shù)、ANAE陽性率均顯著高于對照組(P0.05;P0.01),說明大蒜素可提高蛋雛雞細胞免疫功能。(5)隨大蒜素劑量增加,大蒜素組蛋雛雞血清中補體C3、C4含量顯著高于對照組(P0.05;P0.01),說明大蒜素可提高蛋雛雞非特異性免疫功能。(6)隨大蒜素劑量增加,大蒜素組蛋雛雞血清中IL-2含量顯著高于對照組(P0.05;P0.01),大蒜素組TNF-α含量顯著低于對照組(P0.05;P0.01),說明大蒜素可通過調(diào)節(jié)細胞因子分泌增強蛋雛雞免疫功能。(7)隨大蒜素劑量增加,大蒜素組蛋雛雞紅細胞受體花環(huán)率顯著高于對照組(P0.05;P0.01),大蒜素組紅細胞免疫復合物花環(huán)率顯著低于對照組(P0.05;P0.01),說明大蒜素可提高蛋雛雞紅細胞免疫功能。(8)隨大蒜素劑量增加,大蒜素組蛋雛雞平均日增重顯著高于對照組(P0.05;P0.01),大蒜素組料重比顯著低于對照組(P0.05;P0.01),說明大蒜素可以促進蛋雛雞生長發(fā)育。(9)產(chǎn)蛋雞正常飼養(yǎng)到200日齡,大蒜素組蛋雞平均產(chǎn)蛋率顯著高于對照組(P0.05;P0.01),大蒜素組料蛋比及畸形蛋率顯著低于對照組(P0.05;P0.01),說明大蒜素能提高蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能,添加劑量為150mg/kg時效果最佳。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, Harbin city some 200 farms of 1 day old Hyline Brown female chicken as the research object, a week after the pre feeding, were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group of 50 chicks were fed diets containing 0 (control group), 50 (low dose group), 100 (middle dose group) and 150 (the high dose group) the full price of chicken feed mg /kg allicin, the test cycle is 35d, every 5 days to observe the statistics of material consumption, the health status of chickens.
