家禽睪丸主要神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)分布及其功能的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:睪丸是雄禽最重要的生殖器官,睪丸組織中的神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)對精子的產(chǎn)生、雄激素的分泌等生殖功能具有十分關(guān)鍵的作用.神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)通常由大量的神經(jīng)元構(gòu)成,突觸是神經(jīng)元之間的接觸點(diǎn),也是信息傳遞的關(guān)鍵部位.突觸傳遞過程是由神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)釋放并作用于突觸后膜完成的.因此,研究家禽睪丸神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)的種類、分布及其相關(guān)功能對進(jìn)一步了解家禽生殖功能具有十分重要的意義.本文主要概述膽堿能、胺能、肽能以及氨基酸能等神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中較為典型的神經(jīng)遞質(zhì),為睪丸神經(jīng)調(diào)控方面的研究提供一定的參考資料.
[Abstract]:Testis are the most important reproductive organs of male birds. The nervous system in testicular tissue plays a very important role in sperm production, androgen secretion and other reproductive functions. The nervous system is usually composed of a large number of neurons. Synapses are the point of contact between neurons and a key part of the transmission of information. The process of synaptic transmission is accomplished by the release of neurotransmitters and acts on the postsynaptic membrane. Distribution and its related functions are of great significance for further understanding the reproductive function of poultry. This paper reviews the typical neurotransmitters in the nervous system, such as cholinergic, aminergic, peptidergic and amino acid energy. To provide some reference for the study of testicular nerve regulation.
