【摘要】：為了研究常用抗生素對(duì)臨床分離到的鴨疫里默氏桿菌(riemerella anatipestifer,RA)的抑菌效果,試驗(yàn)首先繪制RA的生長曲線,確定其對(duì)數(shù)生長期,以對(duì)數(shù)生長期的細(xì)菌作為受試菌,測定6種常用抗生素對(duì)4株RA菌株在不同稀釋度時(shí)的最小抑菌濃度(MIC),確定最佳接菌量,進(jìn)而確定測定MIC的最佳時(shí)間。結(jié)果表明:新鮮培養(yǎng)的RA菌液的OD600值為0.8~1.2時(shí),細(xì)菌達(dá)到對(duì)數(shù)生長期,菌落形成單位達(dá)到1×10~(11)~1×10~(12)cfu/m L。對(duì)數(shù)生長期細(xì)菌稀釋至1×10~(-5)為最佳接菌量,將上述菌液接種到96孔板后,在37℃培養(yǎng)22~24 h為檢測MIC的最佳時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:In order to study the bacteriostatic effect of common antibiotics on riemerella anatipestifera isolated from clinic, the growth curve of RA was drawn first, and the logarithmic growth period was determined, and the bacteria in logarithmic growth period were used as the tested bacteria. The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 6 common antibiotics against 4 RA strains with different dilution was determined, the optimum inoculation amount was determined, and the optimal time for MIC determination was determined. The results showed that the OD600 value of fresh cultured RA was 0.81.2. When bacteria reached logarithmic growth stage, colony forming unit reached 1 脳 10 ~ (10) ~ (11) ~ 1 脳 10 ~ (-1) C _ (F ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1)) in logarithmic growth phase, the optimal inoculation amount was 1 脳 10 ~ (10) ~ (-5).
