【摘要】：大量研究結(jié)果顯示,飼用高粱含有3種物質(zhì)不利于高粱在動物體內(nèi)的消化,一是酚類化合物,二是醇溶蛋白,三是植酸。本文從3類化合物的特征、對消化酶的抑制作用、醇溶蛋白與淀粉以及氨基酸的消化率、植酸和植酸磷以及酶制劑在高粱型畜禽飼糧中的應用等方面,就高粱在動物飼料應用的研究動態(tài)和進展進行了簡要綜述。
[Abstract]:A large number of studies have shown that forage sorghum contains three substances that are not conducive to the digestion of sorghum in animals, one is phenolic compounds, the other is gliadin, and the third is phytic acid. In this paper, the digestibility of gliadin, starch and amino acids, phytic acid and phytate phosphorus, and the application of enzyme in sorghum animal diet were reviewed.
