【摘要】：依據(jù)獸藥研究技術(shù)指導(dǎo)原則,開展銀翹藍(lán)芩口服液對(duì)靶動(dòng)物雞的安全性研究,為其臨床應(yīng)用的安全性提供數(shù)據(jù)資料。按銀翹藍(lán)芩口服液臨床推薦劑量的1、3、5倍連續(xù)飲水給藥7d,給藥前后,逐只稱重。試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后采集血液和組織器官,進(jìn)行血常規(guī)、血液生化指標(biāo)、臟器指數(shù)及病理組織學(xué)觀察。結(jié)果表明,與對(duì)照組相比,各給藥組雞只的體重、血常規(guī)、血液生化及臟器指數(shù)等指標(biāo)差異均不顯著(P0.05),各組織器官未見明顯的病理組織學(xué)變化。說明銀翹藍(lán)芩口服液飲水給藥對(duì)靶動(dòng)物雞是安全的。
[Abstract]:According to the technical guiding principle of veterinary drug research, the safety of Yinqiao Lanqin oral liquid to the target animal chicken was studied. To provide data for the safety of clinical application. According to the recommended clinical dose of Yinqiao Lanqin oral liquid, the drug was continuously administered in drinking water for 7 days, weighing one by one before and after administration. Blood and tissue organs were collected and blood routine was performed after the trial. The blood biochemical indexes, viscera index and histopathology were observed. The results showed that compared with the control group, the body weight and blood routine of the chickens in each administration group were higher than those in the control group. There was no significant difference in blood biochemistry and visceral index, but no obvious histopathological changes in tissues and organs, which indicated that Yinqiao Lanqin oral solution was safe for target chickens.
