【摘要】：為了解河南省信陽地區(qū)商品蛋雞新城疫流行情況,采用血凝抑制(HI)試驗對信陽地區(qū)的12個商品蛋雞養(yǎng)殖場的蛋雞進(jìn)行新城疫免疫抗體檢測。結(jié)果表明:91.67%的商品蛋雞養(yǎng)殖場新城疫群體免疫合格;58.33%的商品蛋雞場雞群抗體離散度在10%以上;采用新城疫膠體金快速診斷試紙對產(chǎn)蛋異常的雞群進(jìn)行新城疫帶毒檢測,樣品陽性率為45.00%,說明信陽地區(qū)新城疫免疫雞群存在帶毒現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the epidemic situation of Newcastle disease of commercial laying hens in Xinyang area of Henan Province, The Newcastle disease immune antibody of 12 commercial laying hens in Xinyang area was detected by hemagglutination inhibition (HIH) test. The results showed that 58.33% of commercial laying hens were immunized with Newcastle disease in 10% of commercial laying farms. The antibody dispersion was more than 10%; The positive rate of Newcastle disease virus in chickens with abnormal egg laying was 45.00, which indicated that Newcastle disease virus existed in Newcastle disease immunized chickens in Xinyang area.
