【摘要】：本試驗(yàn)旨在研究棗粉替代日糧中玉米對(duì)綿羊生長(zhǎng)性能和瘤胃發(fā)酵參數(shù)的影響。試驗(yàn)一:選用健康、體重和年齡相近的杜×寒雜交公羔24只,隨機(jī)分為4組,每組6只,分別飼喂棗粉添加量為0%(對(duì)照組)、2.5%(Ⅰ組)、5%(Ⅱ組)、10%(Ⅲ組)的飼料,棗粉等比例替代基礎(chǔ)日糧中玉米;試驗(yàn)二:選擇體況良好、體重相近的安裝永久性瘤胃瘺管杜×寒雜交羯羊12只,隨機(jī)分為4組,每組3只,飼喂日糧同試驗(yàn)一。結(jié)果表明:與對(duì)照組相比,5%組顯著提高了綿羊平均日增重和顯著降低了飼料增重比(P0.05);除2 h外,其余各時(shí)間點(diǎn)Ⅱ組瘤胃液p H顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),且Ⅱ組變化幅度最小;Ⅱ組乙酸/丙酸在飼喂后各個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),而日糧添加棗粉組間差異不顯著(P0.05);在0 h和7 h,Ⅰ組和Ⅱ組的總揮發(fā)性脂肪酸濃度顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),而Ⅲ組在飼喂前0 h總揮發(fā)性脂肪酸顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。綜合而言,日糧棗粉以5%替代玉米在綿羊上應(yīng)用效果最佳。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effect of maize on growth performance and rumen fermentation parameters of sheep in the diet of jujube powder.
