西烏珠穆沁旗放牧綿羊營養(yǎng)狀況調(diào)查及營養(yǎng)性衰竭癥分析研究

【摘要】:本研究在對西烏珠穆沁旗(西烏旗)放牧綿羊主要飼草料、土壤及水源礦物元素含量及綿羊營養(yǎng)狀況進行調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,進一步比較研究了發(fā)病區(qū)健康綿羊和發(fā)病綿羊的血清礦物元素和生化指標(biāo)及被毛礦物元素含量的變化規(guī)律,以探討放牧綿羊發(fā)生營養(yǎng)性衰竭癥的主要原因,研究結(jié)果對促進西烏旗的養(yǎng)羊業(yè)健康發(fā)展以及減少牧民損失具有重要的指導(dǎo)和參考價值。本論文包括四個試驗:試驗一選擇西烏旗白音華鎮(zhèn)、巴彥花鎮(zhèn)、浩勒圖高鎮(zhèn)為試驗地區(qū),調(diào)查研究了當(dāng)?shù)厮畼、土壤和牧草礦物元素的盈缺性。試驗二采用單因子完全隨機試驗設(shè)計,通過對西烏旗白音華鎮(zhèn)、巴彥花鎮(zhèn)、浩勒圖高鎮(zhèn)三個不同地區(qū)放牧綿羊血清及羊毛礦物元素及血清生化指標(biāo)的變化規(guī)律進行分析,對放牧綿羊的營養(yǎng)狀況進行了調(diào)查研究。試驗三采用單因子完全隨機試驗設(shè)計,在西烏旗主要發(fā)病區(qū)隨機選取50只綿羊,25只健康綿羊作為對照組,25只具有明顯營養(yǎng)性衰竭癥的綿羊作為試驗組。比較研究了健康羊和發(fā)病羊血清和被毛中4種常量元素和9種微量元素濃度的變化。試驗四的試驗設(shè)計同試驗三,比較研究健康羊和發(fā)病羊血清中維生素A(VA)、維生素E(VE)、尿素氮(BUN)和游離脂肪酸(NEFA)濃度及堿性磷酸酶(AKP)活性的變化。本試驗條件下得出:(1)西烏旗綿羊放牧地區(qū)土壤中Ca、P、Cu和Se元素處于臨界缺乏狀態(tài),Mg和K處于正常范圍下限,而重金屬元素Cd、Zn的含量卻超過土壤環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn);飲水中的礦物元素含量均符合動物飲用水標(biāo)準(zhǔn);天然草場和儲備牧草處于低Cu、缺P和缺Se狀態(tài)。(2)西烏旗放牧綿羊血清中Ca、P、K、Cu和Se的含量及被毛中Cu、Se的含量均低于正常范圍的下限。(3)健康羊與發(fā)病羊血清中的Ca、P、Cu和Se含量及被毛的Ca、Cu含量均低于正常范圍的下限,且發(fā)病羊血清Ca、Cu、Se濃度和被毛Ca、Cu含量顯著低于健康羊。(4)健康羊與發(fā)病羊被毛Fe和Zn元素均高于正常范圍的上限,且發(fā)病羊被毛Fe含量顯著高于健康羊。(5)健康羊糞中的微量元素Cu含量顯著低于對照組,而微量元素Fe含量卻顯著高于對照組,其他微量元素差異不顯著。(6)發(fā)病羊血清中的AKP活性和NEFA含量顯著高于健康羊,血清VA、 VE、 BUN含量間沒有顯著差異,健康羊與發(fā)病羊的血清VA濃度均低于正常范圍。(7)西烏旗放牧綿羊發(fā)生營養(yǎng)性衰竭癥可能是由于礦物元素Ca、P、Cu、 Se的缺乏引起的。
[Abstract]:On the basis of investigation of main forage, mineral element contents in soil and water source and nutritional status of sheep in Xiwu Qimuqin Banner (Xiwu Banner), In order to explore the main causes of nutritional failure in grazing sheep, the changes of serum mineral elements, biochemical indexes and the contents of hair mineral elements in healthy sheep and sheep were studied. The research results have important guidance and reference value for promoting the healthy development of sheep industry and reducing the losses of herdsmen in Xiwu Banner. This paper includes four experiments: experiment 1, selecting Baiyinhua Town, Xiwu Banner, Bayanhua Town, Bayanhua Town, Xiwu Banner, and reducing the losses of herdsmen. The surplus of mineral elements in water samples, soil and forage grass was investigated and studied in Haoletugao Town as experimental area. In the second experiment, a single factor complete random experimental design was used to study the characteristics of water samples, Baiyinhua Town and Bayanhua Town, Xiwu Banner, and Bayanhua Town. The changes of serum and wool mineral elements and serum biochemical indexes in three different areas of Hollertugaozhen were analyzed, and the nutritional status of grazing sheep was investigated. A total of 50 sheep and 25 healthy sheep were randomly selected as control group in Xiwu Banner as control group. Four kinds of serum and wool in healthy and diseased sheep were compared and studied. Changes in the concentrations of quantitative elements and nine trace elements. The experimental design of experiment 4 is the same as that of experiment III. The changes of the concentrations of vitamin A, vitamin E, bun (bun) and free fatty acid (Nefa) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in serum of healthy and diseased sheep were compared. And se elements are in the critical deficient state and mg and K are in the lower limit of the normal range. However, the content of CD ~ (2 +) Zn in drinking water was higher than that of soil environmental quality standard, and the mineral elements in drinking water were all in accordance with the standard of drinking water for animals. Natural pasture and stored forage are in low Cu2, P deficiency and se deficiency status. 2) the contents of CaPPK, Cu and se in serum of Xiwu flag grazing sheep and the content of Cu se in wool are lower than the lower limit of normal range. 3) CaPCu and se in serum of healthy sheep and sick sheep are lower than that of normal range. 3) the content of CaPCu and se in serum of healthy sheep and sick sheep is lower than that of sheep in normal range. The content of Ca-Cu in wool was lower than the lower limit of normal range. The serum concentration of Ca-CuSe and the content of Ca-Cu in wool were significantly lower than those in healthy sheep (P < 0.05). The Fe and Zn elements in hair of healthy sheep and sick sheep were higher than the upper limit of normal range. The content of trace element Cu in feces of sick sheep was significantly lower than that in control group, but the content of trace element Fe was significantly higher than that of control group. The activity of AKP and the content of NEFA in serum of diseased sheep were significantly higher than those of healthy sheep, but there was no significant difference in serum VA, VEand BUN content. The serum VA concentration of healthy sheep and diseased sheep was lower than that of normal range. 7) the nutritional failure of Sheep grazing in Xiwu Banner was probably caused by the deficiency of mineral elements CaPCuSe.
