棘球絳蟲檢測及棘球蚴病綜合防控措施的示范與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本研究首先開展了終末宿主感染細粒棘球絳蟲檢測方法比較研究,結(jié)果表明:人工感染細粒棘球絳蟲實驗犬含卵糞樣用飽和蔗糖(1.28 g/mL)漂浮蟲卵最佳時段為2 h,可檢出蟲卵量與其他時段差異顯著(P0.05);人工感染實驗犬經(jīng)化學(xué)藥物驅(qū)蟲前、后,糞樣經(jīng)糞抗原檢測,OD值差異極顯著(P0.01);對12288份流行病學(xué)調(diào)查中收集的家/牧犬糞樣進行糞抗原檢測,陽性樣品991份,感染率為8.1%(991/12288),對991份陽性糞樣進行蟲卵漂浮法復(fù)檢,檢查出54份糞樣中含蟲卵;對312只家/牧犬通過氫溴酸檳榔堿下瀉法檢查,其中,262只犬下瀉,檢查出27只犬感染細粒棘球絳蟲成蟲;對262份下瀉犬糞樣進行糞抗原檢測,陽性29份,用蟲卵漂浮法檢查,僅14份糞樣檢出蟲卵。以裕民縣做為包蟲病綜合技術(shù)集成與示范項目點開展中間宿主和終末宿主的基線調(diào)查,建立專門的防控工作小組,明確各小組的分工,并與各鄉(xiāng)(鎮(zhèn))場簽訂防疫合同,在農(nóng)區(qū)和牧區(qū)分別由縣疫控中心和縣獸醫(yī)站負(fù)責(zé)轄區(qū)內(nèi)的“犬犬投藥、月月驅(qū)蟲”、家/牧犬登記管理、宣傳和監(jiān)督等具體防控的落實與實施;不定期抽樣檢查各轄區(qū)犬服藥情況,落實每月所有犬都服用驅(qū)蟲藥物,投藥密度達80%以上,包蟲病的防控宣傳密度達85%以上。以細粒棘球絳蟲犬糞抗原抗體夾心ELISA檢測方法檢測到第1年的感染率做為犬細粒棘球絳蟲感染率的基線調(diào)查。5年采取8222份犬糞樣進行效果考核,犬細粒棘球絳蟲感染率從第1年的21.53%(110/511)明顯下降到0.88%(24/2737),差異極顯著(P0.01);綿羊包蟲病感染率從第1年的55.08%(271/492)降至第5年的4.93%(31/629),發(fā)放包蟲病宣傳材料94000余冊,包蟲病的知曉率為76.48%(803/1050),預(yù)防包蟲病的知曉率為64.38%(676/1050)。裕民縣包蟲病的防控工作取得顯著地效果。
[Abstract]:In this study, a comparative study on the detection of Echinococcus granulosus infection with terminal host was carried out. The results showed that the best time for floating eggs of Echinococcus granulosus infected dogs with saturated sucrose at 1.28 g / mL was 2 h, and the number of eggs was significantly different from that of other periods (P0.05), and the artificial infected dogs were treated with chemical drugs before and after deworming. The OD value of fecal samples detected by fecal antigen was significantly different (P0.01), 991 positive samples were collected in epidemiological investigation, the infection rate was 8.1% / 12288%, and 991 fecal samples were reexamined by egg floating method. Fifty-four fecal samples were detected, 312 dogs were examined by arecoline hydrobromide method, among which 262 dogs were found to be infected with Echinococcus granulosus adults, while 262 feces samples were tested for fecal antigen. 29 positive cases were detected by egg floating method, only 14 fecal samples were detected. A baseline investigation of intermediate host and terminal host was carried out in Yumin County as a comprehensive technology integration and demonstration project for hydatid disease, and a special working group for prevention and control was set up. Make clear the division of labor among the groups, and sign epidemic prevention contracts with each township (town) farm. The county epidemic control center and the county veterinary station will be responsible for the "canine feeding, monthly insect repellent" and household / dog registration management in the farm area and the pastoral area, respectively. The implementation and implementation of specific prevention and control, such as publicity and supervision; random sampling and inspection of the situation of the dogs in each district, to ensure that every dog takes insecticide-repellent drugs every month, with a dosing density of more than 80%, The propaganda density of prevention and control of echinococcosis was more than 85%. The infection rate of Echinococcus granulosus in the first year was detected by sandwich ELISA method. The baseline survey of infection rate of Echinococcus granulosus was adopted in 5 years. Sample for effect assessment, The infection rate of Echinococcus granulosus dropped from 21.53 / 51 / 511 in the first year to 0.88% of 2737%, the difference was very significant (P0.01). The infection rate of echinococcosis in sheep dropped from 55.08% to 4.931% 62929% in the fifth year, and more than 94000 copies of publicity materials were distributed. The awareness rate of hydatid disease was 76.48% 803 / 1050 and that of prevention of hydatid disease was 64.38% and 676% 1050% respectively. The prevention and control of hydatid disease in Yumin County achieved remarkable results.
