茶多酚作為驅(qū)蟲保健劑對羔羊生長的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)?zāi)康氖?在感染捻轉(zhuǎn)血矛線蟲羔羊的日糧中添加不同劑量的茶多酚(Gree Tea Polyphenols,GTP),觀測GTP對捻轉(zhuǎn)血毛線蟲是否具有驅(qū)蟲作用,為生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐提供理論依據(jù)。選取30頭平均日齡在120±10.3 d,體重為24.8±2.4 kg的雄性烏珠穆沁羊,隨機(jī)平均分為5組,采用完全隨機(jī)化法進(jìn)行為期56d的飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)處理組分別為:(1)未感染捻轉(zhuǎn)血矛線蟲,未飼喂GTP處理組(UNINF組);(2)感染捻轉(zhuǎn)血矛線蟲,日糧未添加GTP組(INFGTP0組);(3)感染捻轉(zhuǎn)血矛線蟲,日糧中GPT添加量為2 g/kg組(INFGTP2組);(4)感染捻轉(zhuǎn)血矛線蟲,日糧中GPT添加量為4 g/kg組(INFGTP4組);(5)感染捻轉(zhuǎn)血矛線蟲,日糧中GPT添加量為6 g/kg組(INFGTP6組)。GTP添加劑量以干物質(zhì)為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行計(jì)算。飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)期間,選取0d、14d、28d、42d、56d的清晨,進(jìn)行稱重、采集血液、從直腸處收集糞便樣品。制備血漿,用于測定PCV值、血液生化指標(biāo)和血液氨基酸含量;使用McMaster法測定FEC值。在飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)的51~55d進(jìn)行全收糞法的消化試驗(yàn)。采集糞便樣品用于概略養(yǎng)分分析。在飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,屠宰所有試驗(yàn)羊,取出皺胃和左側(cè)背最長肌。使用顯微鏡檢查每頭羊的皺胃內(nèi)捻轉(zhuǎn)血矛線蟲成蟲數(shù)量、性別。測定肉品質(zhì)指標(biāo)和肉中氨基酸含量。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,感染捻轉(zhuǎn)血毛線蟲會(huì)降低羔羊的平均日增重,增加飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率(P0.001),但對干物質(zhì)采食量和各個(gè)營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的消化率無影響。日糧添加GTP組的FEC值高于未感染組,但是低于INFGTP0組。感染捻轉(zhuǎn)血毛線蟲的羔羊的PCV值低于未感染捻轉(zhuǎn)血毛線蟲的羔羊,但PCV值隨著GTP的添加量的增加而上升。在感染捻轉(zhuǎn)血矛線蟲的羊的日糧中添加不同水平的GTP可以顯著減少捻轉(zhuǎn)血矛線蟲總數(shù)、雄蟲數(shù)和雌蟲數(shù)(P0.0001)。在飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)?zāi)┢?INFGTP6組的捻轉(zhuǎn)血矛線蟲總數(shù)、雄蟲數(shù)和雌蟲數(shù)降低至未感染水平(P0.05)?偟鞍诐舛茸罡咧党霈F(xiàn)在56d時(shí)INFGTP6組,最低值則為28d時(shí)INFGTP2組。INFGTP0組的羔羊,其肉色比較暗沉,而日糧添加GTP組的羔羊肉色則比較鮮紅。綜上所述,日糧添加4~6g/kg的茶多酚可以通過降低羔羊體內(nèi)寄生蟲數(shù)量,來增強(qiáng)羔羊?qū)δ磙D(zhuǎn)血毛線蟲的抵抗能力,緩解捻轉(zhuǎn)血毛線蟲感染導(dǎo)致的不利影響。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of different doses of tea polyphenols Tea polyphenolsm (GTPN) on the treatment of hemocaterpillar twirls by adding different doses of tea polyphenols to the diet of the lamb infected with Hematodes twirlosa, and to observe whether GTP has the effect of insect repellent on the twisting blood caterpillar. To provide theoretical basis for production practice, 30 male Wuzhimuqin sheep with an average age of 120 鹵10.3 days and a body weight of 24.8 鹵2.4 kg were randomly divided into 5 groups. A 56 day feeding trial was carried out with complete randomization method. The experimental group was treated with 1 / 1) without infection of blood nematode, without GTP treatment group (UNINF group) infected with blood spear nematode, and diet group without GTP group (INFGTP0 group) infected with blood spear nematode. 2 g / kg GPT was added to 2 g / kg group and 4 g / kg of GPT was added to the diet, and 4 g / kg of GPT was added to 4 g / kg group, and 4 g / kg of GPT was added to 4 g / kg group. The dosage of GPT additive was calculated on the basis of dry matter. During the feeding experiment, during the feeding experiment, the rats were selected for weighing, collecting blood, collecting fecal samples from rectum and measuring PCV value during feeding experiment. Biochemical indexes of blood and content of amino acid in blood; FEC value was measured by McMaster method. Digesting test of total fecal collection was carried out at 51g / 55d of feeding test. Fecal samples were collected for general nutrient analysis. After feeding trial, all the sheep were slaughtered. Take out the abomasum and the left longissimus dorsi muscle. Use the microscope to examine the number, sex, meat quality index and amino acid content of the blood spear nematode in the abomasum of each sheep. The average daily gain of lambs was decreased and feed conversion rate was increased P0.001, but it had no effect on dry matter intake and digestibility of various nutrients. The FEC value of diet supplemented with GTP group was higher than that of uninfected group. But lower than that of INFGTP0 group. The PCV value of lambs infected with Haematoderma was lower than that of lambs without infection. However, the PCV value increased with the increase of GTP. Adding different levels of GTP to the diets of sheep infected with Haemondosis significantly reduced the total number of blood nematode twists. At the end of the feeding experiment, the total number of blood spear nematode, the number of male and female decreased to the uninfected level (P 0.05). The highest concentration of total protein appeared at 56 d in INFGTP6 group, and the lowest value was 28 d in INFGTP2 group .INFGTP0 group. The meat color of lambs was darker than that of lambs fed with GTP. To sum up, the diet supplemented with 4g / kg tea polyphenols could increase the lambs' resistance to twirling caterpillars by reducing the number of parasites in the lambs. To alleviate the adverse effects caused by the infection of Haematoderma twirlis.
