【摘要】：以新疆伊犁馬文化科學(xué)實踐轉(zhuǎn)向為案例,以科學(xué)、真理與民主理論體系為指導(dǎo),以農(nóng)牧民的民生改善為價值取向,探索以伊犁馬改良為動因的馬業(yè)和以民生改善為目標(biāo)的馬文化發(fā)展的科學(xué)實踐哲學(xué)兩個方面。以科學(xué)實踐哲學(xué)理論指導(dǎo)新疆馬文化產(chǎn)業(yè)從傳統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)向現(xiàn)代并取得創(chuàng)新成果,以期對中國西部馬產(chǎn)業(yè)和馬文化產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)生一般規(guī)律性的、科學(xué)實踐哲學(xué)的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Taking the cultural and scientific practice of Yili and Ma in Xinjiang as a case study, guided by the theoretical system of science, truth and democracy, and taking the improvement of the livelihood of farmers and herdsmen as the value orientation, This paper explores the philosophy of scientific practice in the development of horse culture with the motivation of horse improvement in Yili and the development of horse culture with the aim of improving people's livelihood. The theory of scientific practical philosophy is used to guide Xinjiang's horse culture industry from traditional to modern and to achieve innovative results. In order to produce general regular, scientific practical philosophy guiding role for horse industry and horse culture industry in western China.
