【摘要】：目的：為了探討治療犬四肢長(zhǎng)骨骨折的最佳治療方案,本研究共統(tǒng)計(jì)了187例犬四肢長(zhǎng)骨骨折的臨床案例,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了深入分析,以期對(duì)臨床病例的治療提供參考。方法：搜集本人工作的寵物醫(yī)院于2012年1月1日至今的所有四肢骨折相關(guān)的臨床病例,按發(fā)病原因、發(fā)病部分、治療方法和康復(fù)情況進(jìn)行分類統(tǒng)計(jì),并對(duì)療效和個(gè)別案例的失敗原因進(jìn)行了分析,根據(jù)臨床病例的療效和臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)制定出最佳治療方案。結(jié)果：1.一共搜集了187個(gè)病例。采用的治療方法有接骨板,髓內(nèi)針,矯形鋼絲,螺釘,其中有單純使用的,也有配合使用的。前肢發(fā)生骨折比例占25.70%,后肢發(fā)生骨折占65.78%,多發(fā)性占8.56%；前肢肱骨8.59%,橈尺骨17.11%,后肢股骨47.06%,脛腓骨18.72%,在所有骨折病例中,后肢多發(fā)。2.所有接診病例中,大部分預(yù)后良好,有幾例手術(shù)失敗。失敗的原因有：接骨板錯(cuò)誤的放置；螺釘過(guò)多導(dǎo)致應(yīng)力過(guò)于集中；鋼板選擇過(guò)短；螺絲釘選擇過(guò)短；過(guò)早負(fù)重或功能鍛煉；鋼板類型選擇錯(cuò)誤；鋼板與螺絲釘不配套。3.制定出最佳治療方案：首先,明確診斷,全方位X線片的拍攝必不可少；其次,要了解不同植入物的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),能夠理解所有植入物的基本信息；第三,手術(shù)方案的制定與實(shí)施,按照骨科手術(shù)的基本原則進(jìn)行；最后,科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的術(shù)后護(hù)理必不可少。結(jié)論：最佳治療方案的選擇和良好的術(shù)后護(hù)理是治愈犬長(zhǎng)骨骨折的基礎(chǔ),本研究根據(jù)理論和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)而分析總結(jié)的最佳治療方案將對(duì)臨床犬長(zhǎng)骨骨折的治療起到一定的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: in order to explore the best treatment scheme for long bone fracture of dog limbs, 187 cases of long bone fracture in dog limbs were counted and analyzed. Methods: to collect all the clinical cases related to the fracture of limbs in the pet hospital from January 1st 2012 to present. The methods of treatment and rehabilitation were classified, and the curative effect and the causes of failure in individual cases were analyzed. According to the curative effect and clinical experience of clinical cases, the best treatment scheme was worked out. Results: 1.A total of 187 cases were collected. The treatment methods used were plate, intramedullary needle, orthopedic wire, screw, among them, only used. The proportion of fractures in the forelimb is 25.70, the fracture in the hind limb is 65.78, and the multiple is 8.56. the humerus of the forelimb is 8.59, the radial ulna 17.11, the femur of the hind limb 47.06 and the tibia and fibula 18.72. In all cases of fracture, the hind limb has multiple fractures. Most of the patients had a good prognosis. The reasons for the failure were as follows: wrong placement of the plate, too much screw leading to stress concentration, too short selection of steel plate, too short choice of screw, premature weight bearing or functional exercise; Wrong choice of plate type; plate and screw do not match .3. to develop the best treatment: first, to make a clear diagnosis, a full range of X-ray photography is essential; second, to understand the advantages and disadvantages of different implants, Ability to understand the basic information of all implants; third, the formulation and implementation of surgery programs, in accordance with the basic principles of orthopedic surgery; finally, Conclusion: the choice of the best treatment plan and the good postoperative nursing are the basis of curing canine long bone fracture. According to the theoretical and practical experience, the best treatment scheme will play an important role in the treatment of canine long bone fracture.
