【摘要】：為了采用響應面法對丁香提取工藝進行優(yōu)化,試驗以丁香提取物中丁香酚含量為考察指標,采用Box-Behnken中心組合設計方法進行提取工藝優(yōu)化。結果表明:丁香提取物制備的最佳響應組合為乙醇濃度80%,提取溫度59.8℃,料液比1∶11,提取時間1.68 h,經(jīng)計算得到浸膏中丁香酚含量為84.39%,在此條件下驗證性試驗測得丁香提取物中丁香酚含量分別為79.23%、81.34%、79.34%。說明響應面優(yōu)化得到的丁香提取物制備工藝穩(wěn)定、可靠。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the extraction process of clove by response surface method, the content of eugenol in clove extract was used as the index. The extraction process was optimized by using Box-Behnken center combination design method.
