不同抗菌肽制劑對(duì)肉仔雞營(yíng)養(yǎng)調(diào)控和腸道微生物、免疫功能的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)采用單因素完全隨機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)。選用1日齡健康A(chǔ)A肉雞660只,設(shè)2個(gè)對(duì)照組,3個(gè)試驗(yàn)組,每個(gè)試驗(yàn)組設(shè)3個(gè)水平,共11個(gè)處理組。以不同天蠶素類(lèi)抗菌肽制劑為試驗(yàn)材料,在A(yíng)A肉仔雞日糧中添加三種抗菌肽制劑,,研究其對(duì)1~6周齡AA肉仔雞生產(chǎn)性能、屠宰性能以及營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)代謝率的影響,并通過(guò)對(duì)AA肉仔雞的血清生化指標(biāo)、腸道微生物、免疫及抗氧化指標(biāo)的測(cè)定,探討三種抗菌肽制劑的生物活性和作用機(jī)制,進(jìn)而篩選出適用于養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)的抗菌肽制劑和探索出這三種抗菌肽制劑的最佳使用劑量。 研究結(jié)果表明: 1在日糧中添加不同抗菌肽制劑(A、B、C)均能夠改善AA肉雞的生長(zhǎng)性能,均顯著提高了1~3、4~6和1~6周等階段的日增重(P0.05),并顯著降低料重比(P 0.05),顯著提高屠宰性能并降低腹脂率(P 0.05)。 2與空白對(duì)照組相比,在日糧中添加不同抗菌肽制劑(A、B、C)能夠提高總蛋白和白蛋白的濃度,降低血清谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶的濃度(P0.05),顯著降低血清尿素氮濃度(P0.05)。 3與空白對(duì)照組相比,在日糧中添加不同抗菌肽制劑(A、B、C)均能顯著提高腸道雙歧桿菌和乳酸桿菌的數(shù)量(P 0.05),顯著降低大腸桿菌和沙門(mén)氏菌的數(shù)量(P 0.05),以桑蠶抗菌肽制劑A組最優(yōu),添加量為250mg/kg的抗菌肽A組效果最顯著。 4與空白對(duì)照組相比,在日糧中添加不同抗菌肽制劑(A、B、C)均有提高AA肉雞免疫器官指數(shù)和血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA的含量的趨勢(shì)(P 0.05),添加量為250mg/kg的雜合抗菌肽制劑C組效果最顯著。 5與空白對(duì)照組相比,在日糧中添加不同抗菌肽制劑(A、B、C)可不同程度地降低血清MDA含量,提高血清中CAT的濃度及提高T-AOC,以添加500mg不同抗菌肽制劑(A、B、C)的抗氧化效果最為顯著(P 0.05)。 6綜合以上結(jié)果,要想達(dá)到較全面的應(yīng)用效果,建議三種抗菌肽在肉仔雞日糧中的適宜添加劑量均為250mg/kg。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, a single factor complete random experiment design was used. 660 healthy AA broilers of one day old were divided into 2 control groups and 3 experimental groups, each with 3 levels. In 11 treatment groups, three antimicrobial peptides were added to the diet of AA broilers with different antibacterials as experimental materials to study their performance on 1-6 week-old AA broilers. The effects of slaughter performance and metabolic rate of nutrients on serum biochemical index, intestinal microorganism, immune and antioxidant index of AA broiler were measured. The biological activity and action mechanism of three antimicrobial peptide preparations were discussed, and then the antimicrobial peptide preparations suitable for breeding farm were screened and the optimum dosage of the three antimicrobial peptide preparations was explored. The results show that: 1addition of different antimicrobial peptides to the diet could improve the growth performance of AA broilers, and significantly increased the daily gain (P0.05) of AA broilers. The ratio of feed to weight was decreased significantly (P 0.05), the slaughtering performance was improved significantly and the percentage of abdominal fat was decreased significantly (P 0.05). 2Compared with the blank control group, the concentration of total protein and albumin was increased and the concentration of serum alanine aminotransferase was decreased (P0.05). The serum urea nitrogen concentration was decreased significantly (P 0.05). 3Compared with the blank control group, the addition of different antimicrobial peptides to the diet could significantly increase the number of bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the intestine (P 0.05). The amount of Escherichia coli and Salmonella was significantly decreased (P 0.05). The best effect was in group A of silkworm antimicrobial peptide, and the effect of addition of 250 mg / kg of antimicrobial peptide A was the most significant. 4Compared with the blank control group, the addition of different antimicrobial peptides to the diet increased the immune organ index and serum immunoglobulin IgG of AA broilers. The trend of IgA content was as follows: P 0.05, and the effect of C group was the most significant when the amount of hybrid antibacterial peptide was 250 mg / kg. 5Compared with the blank control group, adding different antimicrobial peptides to the diet could decrease the serum MDA content, increase the concentration of CAT and increase T-AOC. The antioxidation effect of different antimicrobial peptide (500 mg) was the most significant (P 0.05). 6 in order to achieve a more comprehensive application effect, it was suggested that the appropriate additive amount of three antimicrobial peptides in broiler diet should be 250 mg / kg.
