【摘要】：為提高平武紅雞的外觀一致性與種源純度,并充分挖掘平武紅雞的資源價值,對平武紅雞開展了3個世代的表型選育。研究采用個體表型選擇,篩淘羽色、脛色和膚色等質(zhì)量性狀不符個體,并對繁殖性能和生長性能等指標進行了測定。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)選育平武紅雞的表型雜合率由G0世代的31.38%分別降至G1、G2、G3世代的1.55%、0.88%和0.34%,外觀一致性提升顯著(P0.05)。平武紅雞種蛋受精率由81.1%提升至91.23%,孵化率也超過85%。自4周齡起公雞體重開始顯著高于母雞(P0.05),而各羽色母雞間差異不顯著(P0.05)。總之,經(jīng)過3個世代的高強度選育,平武紅雞純度提升明顯,為平武紅雞的優(yōu)勢性狀挖掘與利用奠定了基礎。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the appearance consistency and provenance purity of Pingwu Red Chicken and fully tap the resource value of Pingwu Red Chicken, three generations phenotypic breeding of Pingwu Red Chicken was carried out. Individual phenotypic selection was used to screen the feather color. The quality characters such as shank color and skin color were not individual, and the reproductive performance and growth performance were measured. The phenotypic heterozygosity of Pingwu Red Chicken was decreased from 31.38% in G0 generation to 1.550.88% and 0.34% in G1G2G3 generation, respectively. The appearance consistency was improved significantly (P0.05). The fertilization rate of Pingwu red chicken eggs increased from 81.1% to 91.23%. The hatching rate was also over 85.The weight of the cock was significantly higher than that of the hen (P0.05) since the age of 4 weeks, but there was no significant difference among the hens. After three generations of high intensity breeding, the purity of Pingwu Red Chicken was improved obviously, which laid a foundation for the mining and utilization of the dominant traits of Pingwu Red Chicken.
