【摘要】：目的:了解男男性行為者(men who have sex with men,MSM)在參加暴露前預(yù)防用藥(pre-exposure prophylaxis,Pr EP)臨床試驗(yàn)中是否存在性行為去抑制化現(xiàn)象及其影響因素。方法:采用非概率抽樣法招募并篩選出108名MSM,隨機(jī)分為77名服用藥物組和31名空白對(duì)照組,第12、24、36、48周進(jìn)行臨床隨訪和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,問(wèn)卷調(diào)查主要包括社會(huì)人口學(xué)特征,艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)、態(tài)度和行為等相關(guān)情況。采用單因素和多因素的廣義估計(jì)方程分析MSM在參與Pr EP中是否存在性行為去抑制化現(xiàn)象及其影響因素。結(jié)果:藥物服用組MSM在參與Pr EP的第12、24、36、48周的性伴個(gè)數(shù)中位數(shù)分別為1(0,6)、1(0,6)、1(0,10)、1(0,3)、1(0,3),高危性行為次數(shù)中位數(shù)分別為1(0,26)、1.5(0,8)、1(0,12)、1(0,9)、2(0,30);空白對(duì)照組性伴個(gè)數(shù)中位數(shù)分別為1(0,21)、1(0,2)、1(0,3)、1(0,3)、1(0,3),高危性行為次數(shù)中位數(shù)分別為1(0,9)、1(0,6)、0.5(0,15)、0(0,10)、1(0,10);多因素廣義估計(jì)方程分析發(fā)現(xiàn)MSM在參與Pr EP過(guò)程中性伴個(gè)數(shù)及高危性行為次數(shù)均沒(méi)有發(fā)生改變(Z=-0.24,P=0.811;Z=0.93,P=0.355),性行為方式為"1"和"0.5"的較性行為方式為"0"的擁有更多的性伴(Z=2.47,P=0.014;Z=2.24,P=0.025);發(fā)生過(guò)商業(yè)性行為的MSM較沒(méi)有發(fā)生過(guò)的擁有較少的性伴和高危性行為(Z=-2.82,P=0.005;Z=-2.28,P=0.023);已婚較離異MSM發(fā)生較少的高危性行為次數(shù)(Z=-2.34,P=0.019)。結(jié)論:本研究中暫未發(fā)現(xiàn)Pr EP中存在性行為去抑制化現(xiàn)象,性行為方式為"1"和"0.5"的MSM擁有較多性伴,是后期隨訪中的重點(diǎn)管理人群。還需進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對(duì)艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)的科普。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate whether sexual behavior depressant exists in pre-exposure prophylaxis pr EPs of men who have sex with men and its influencing factors. Methods: male men who had sex with men (MSM) were enrolled in pre-exposure prophylaxis Pr EPP (pre-exposure prophylaxis Pr) clinical trial. Methods: 108 MSMs were recruited and selected by non-probabilistic sampling method. They were randomly divided into two groups: 77 drug taking group and 31 blank control group. AIDS-related knowledge, attitude and behavior.
