文章摘要：目的了解深圳市龍崗區(qū)法定傳染病的流行規(guī)律和變化趨勢(shì)。方法采用描述流行病學(xué)方法對(duì)龍崗區(qū)2008—2011年的傳染病疫情監(jiān)測(cè)綜合分析資料進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果4年間龍崗區(qū)無甲類傳染病報(bào)告，報(bào)告乙、丙類傳染病共28種計(jì)75608例，年均發(fā)病率為478．30／10萬，，報(bào)告死亡49例，年均死亡率為0．31／10萬，病死率0．06％。結(jié)論4年間傳染病發(fā)病率總體呈上升趨勢(shì)。淋病、梅毒、肺結(jié)核為乙類傳染病發(fā)病率前3位傳染病，手足口病、其他感染性腹瀉、流行性腮腺炎為丙類傳染病發(fā)病率前3位，成為近4年危害龍崗區(qū)人群健康的主要傳染病，應(yīng)作為今后幾年防制工作的重點(diǎn)。

Abstr：Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and change pattern of notifiable communicable diseases in Longgang district of Shenzhen. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the incidence data of communicable diseases in Longgang from 2008 to 2011. Results No cases of class A communicable diseases were reported from 2008 to 2011. A total of 75 608 cases, including 49 deaths, of 28 communicable diseases in class B and C were reported with the average annual incidence of 478.30/lakh, average mortality of 0. 31/lakh and average case fatality rate of 0. 06%. Conclusion The overall incidence of notifiable communicable diseases was in increase in Longgang during 2008 - 2011, The first 3 communicable diseases in class B with high incidences were gonorrhea, syphilis and pulmonary tuberculosis, the first 3 communicable diseases in class C with high incidences were hand foot and mouth disease, other infectious diarrheal diseases and mumps.
