長鏈非編碼RNA （lncRNA）是轉(zhuǎn)錄本長度超過200個(gè)核苷酸的RNA分子,不具備蛋白質(zhì)編碼功能。細(xì)胞自噬是真核生物的一種高度保守、用來降解和循環(huán)再利用細(xì)胞內(nèi)生物大分子或受損細(xì)胞器的過程,有助于維持機(jī)體內(nèi)環(huán)境穩(wěn)態(tài)。自噬研究是當(dāng)下生命科學(xué)研究的熱點(diǎn),前期研究發(fā)現(xiàn),lncRNA在細(xì)胞自噬調(diào)控中發(fā)揮著重要作用,深入探索lncRNA調(diào)控自噬的分子機(jī)制及其與疾病發(fā)生的關(guān)系對預(yù)防和治療多種人類重大疾病具有重要意義。該文就目前為止報(bào)道過的部分lncRNA參與自噬調(diào)控的最新進(jìn)展進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),以期為lncRNA調(diào)控自噬的相關(guān)研究及其在腫瘤等疾病治療中的作用提供參考。
