炎癥牙髓干細(xì)胞:起步研究與未來(lái)發(fā)展

【摘要】:背景:炎癥牙髓干細(xì)胞是近年來(lái)新發(fā)現(xiàn)的一類牙髓干細(xì)胞,目前尚無(wú)對(duì)其研究進(jìn)展的系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)。目的:系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)炎癥牙髓干細(xì)胞的研究進(jìn)展。方法:以"(Pulptis OR Inflam*Dental Pulp*OR Human Dental Pulp with Irreversible Pulpitis)AND Stem Cell*/(牙髓炎OR炎癥牙髓OR不可逆性牙髓炎)AND干細(xì)胞"為檢索詞檢索PubMed、Web of Science、CNKI、WanFang及VIP數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(時(shí)間:建庫(kù)至2014年2月),同時(shí)手檢納入研究的參考文獻(xiàn)。對(duì)研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行定性分析,進(jìn)行炎癥牙髓干細(xì)胞研究進(jìn)展的全面總結(jié)。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:共納入11篇文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究,全面闡述炎癥牙髓干細(xì)胞的研究歷史、材料來(lái)源、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)、表面標(biāo)志、擴(kuò)增能力、多向分化能力、動(dòng)物模型及臨床應(yīng)用前景的研究進(jìn)展。炎癥牙髓干細(xì)胞研究尚處于起步,培養(yǎng)條件和動(dòng)物模型的建立正處于探究階段,擴(kuò)增能力和多向分化能力研究結(jié)果尚有爭(zhēng)議,而在免疫特性、亞群研究和臨床應(yīng)用方面研究較少。
[Abstract]:Background: inflammatory dental pulp stem cells are a kind of newly discovered dental pulp stem cells in recent years, and there is no systematic evaluation of their research progress. Objective: to systematically evaluate the research progress of inflammatory dental pulp stem cells. Methods: "(Pulptis OR Inflam*Dental Pulp*OR Human Dental Pulp with Irreversible Pulpitis) AND Stem Cell*/ (pulpitis OR inflammatory OR irreversible pulpitis) AND stem cells" were used as search words to search PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,WanFang and VIP database (time: from establishment to February 2014). At the same time, hand examination was included in the references of the study. The research results were qualitatively analyzed and the research progress of inflammatory dental pulp stem cells was summarized. Results and conclusion: a total of 11 literatures were included to review the research history, material source, cell culture, surface marker, amplification ability, multidirectional differentiation ability, animal model and clinical application prospect of inflammatory dental pulp stem cells. The study of inflammatory dental pulp stem cells is still in its infancy, and the establishment of culture conditions and animal models is in the exploratory stage. The results of amplification and multidirectional differentiation are controversial, but there are few studies on immune characteristics, subgroup research and clinical application.
