FoxO1基因研究進展

【摘要】:FoxO1基因是調(diào)節(jié)細胞氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng)及細胞增殖、細胞凋亡、細胞自噬、代謝和免疫反應(yīng)等多種生理作用的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子,主要通過轉(zhuǎn)錄和傳導(dǎo)各種生長因子及細胞因子信號發(fā)揮其生物學(xué)功能。此外,FoxO1還參與人體生長發(fā)育、代謝、自噬、應(yīng)激、DNA損傷或修復(fù)、腫瘤發(fā)生、血管生成等生命過程。FoxO1基因作用機制尚未完全闡明。本文就FoxO1基因在胰島β細胞、脂肪細胞分化、氧化應(yīng)激、肌纖維形成中的作用及與腫瘤的關(guān)系等方面研究進展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:FoxO1 gene is a transcription factor that regulates cell oxidative stress, cell proliferation, apoptosis, autophagy, metabolism and immune response. Mainly through transcription and transmission of various growth factors and cytokine signals to play their biological functions. In addition, FoxO1 is also involved in human growth and development, metabolism, autophagy, stress, DNA damage or repair, tumorigenesis, angiogenesis and other life processes. The mechanism of FoxO1 gene action has not been fully clarified. This review reviews the role of FoxO1 gene in islet 尾-cell differentiation, adipocyte differentiation, oxidative stress, muscle fiber formation and its relationship with tumor.
