實(shí)驗(yàn)用動(dòng)物心率變異性分析系統(tǒng)
[Abstract]:Heart rate variability analysis (HRV), as a non-invasive method to examine autonomic nervous system function, has been used in clinical practice. For example: cardiovascular disease, diabetes progression and recovery assessment, as well as anesthesia depth monitoring and so on. However, the physiological significance of some components in HRV spectrum analysis is not clear. The role of HRV in exploring the changes of autonomic nervous system in diseases, such as the role in spontaneous hypertension and so on, needs to be further studied. Many of these studies require long-term observation and discussion by basic researchers using animal models. Therefore, it is necessary to record ECG signals and analyze heart rate variability in experimental animals. At present, the market price of ECG automatic analysis system is high, and most of them are used in clinical research. In this experiment, a real-time extraction and analysis system for heart rate variability contained in animal ECG signals was developed by using C language on the platform of WINDOWS operating system. In order to provide accurate analytical tools for the future work of HRV analysis. The program was tested by animal experiment. The system mainly includes ECG real-time acquisition module, ECG signal storage module, HRV time domain analysis module (RR interval extraction, RR interval histogram, RR interval statistical analysis of), RR interval Lorenz map). Frequency domain analysis module (HRV power spectrum analysis) and heart rate variability (HRV) were analyzed by recording ECG signals before and after tilting test in Wistar myocardial ischemia rats. The test results show that the system can fully meet the needs of ECG signal extraction and heart rate variability analysis of experimental animals in basic experiments.
