云南省玉溪、沾益兩地長壽老人血漿細胞因子IL-6、TNF-α和IL-10水平的研究

【摘要】: 背景: 健康長壽是古今中外的人們不懈追求的目標,健康長壽不僅是生命科學研究的永恒主題,也是向生命科學提出的終極挑戰(zhàn)。當今社會人口老齡化問題日益嚴重,延緩衰老,延長健康期、縮短帶病期,提高老年人的生活質(zhì)量,具有重大的科學意義和社會意義。諸多研究資料顯示,長壽老人能夠推遲老年性疾病的發(fā)病時間,甚至完全避免老年性疾病的發(fā)生并且能夠在生命后期使機體保持良好的免疫狀態(tài)。血漿細胞因子白細胞介素6(IL-6),腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α),白細胞介素10(IL-10)的水平在許多老年性疾病中的變化很大,因此我們推測長壽人群細胞因子IL-6、TNF-α和IL-10水平有異于非長壽人群,并且能夠反映長壽老人機體的免疫狀態(tài)。 目的: 探討云南省玉溪、沾益兩地長壽老人血漿細胞因子IL-6,TNF-α和IL-10水平與長壽的關系,為老年醫(yī)學的臨床工作提供一定數(shù)據(jù)和依據(jù)。 方法: 以云南省玉溪和沾益地區(qū)的漢族長壽老人117例(年齡≥90歲)為研究對象,以與長壽老人一起居住的直系親屬為直系對照組,共133例,以與長壽老人居住于同一地域,無血緣關系者(長壽老人后代的配偶)為無關對照組,共96例。采用雙抗體夾心酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法測定血漿細胞因子IL-6、TNF-α和IL-10水平。所有統(tǒng)計分析均采用SPSS13.0統(tǒng)計軟件。 結果: 血漿IL-6水平長壽組高于直系對照組和無關對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.017),直系對照組與無關對照組相比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.017),血漿IL-6水平男性長壽組高于女性長壽組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05),直系對照組內(nèi)男性組與女性組相比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.05),男性無關對照組高于女性無關對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05);血漿TNF-α水平長壽組與直系對照組和無關對照組相比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.017),直系對照組與無關對照組相比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.017),血漿TNF-α水平各組內(nèi)男性與女性相比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義,(P>0.05);血漿IL-10水平長壽組與直系對照組相比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.017),長壽組高于無關對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.017),直系對照組與無關對照組相比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.017),血漿IL-10水平各組內(nèi)男性與女性相比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義,(P>0.05)。 結論: 長壽老人血漿IL-6,IL-10水平顯著升高,TNF-α水平無顯著性升高,表明長壽老人處于一種慢性,輕微炎癥狀態(tài),在一定程度上間接反應長壽老人機體的免疫功能處于一種穩(wěn)定的狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Background: health and longevity is the unremitting pursuit of people all over the world. Health and longevity is not only the eternal theme of life science research, but also the ultimate challenge to life science. Nowadays, the aging of the population is becoming more and more serious. It is of great scientific and social significance to delay the aging, prolong the healthy period, shorten the period of carrying disease and improve the quality of life of the elderly. Many studies have shown that the long-lived elderly can delay the onset of senile diseases, even avoid the occurrence of senile diseases completely, and can keep the body in a good immune state at the later stage of life. The levels of plasma cytokines such as interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-偽 (TNF- 偽) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) change greatly in many senile diseases. Therefore, we speculate that the levels of IL-6,TNF- 偽 and IL-10 in the longevity population are different from those in the non-longevity population, and can reflect the immune status of the longevity elderly.
