【摘要】：漢坦病毒屬布尼亞病毒科,是一種有囊膜的單股負(fù)鏈RNA病毒,基因組分為大(L)、中(M)、小(S)3個節(jié)段,分別編碼病毒的RNA依賴的RNA聚合酶、囊膜糖蛋白(G1和G2)以及核蛋白(NP)。糖蛋白G1和G2構(gòu)成了病毒吸附蛋白(VAP)。漢坦病毒主要引起兩種急性傳染性疾病:一種是以發(fā)熱、出血、急性腎功能損害和免疫功能紊亂為突出表現(xiàn)的腎綜合征出血熱(HFRS),另一種是以肺浸潤及肺間質(zhì)水腫,迅速發(fā)展為呼吸窘迫、衰竭為特征的漢坦病毒肺綜合征(HPS)。我國是世界上HFRS疫情最為嚴(yán)重的國家,年發(fā)病人數(shù)為5-10萬人,臨床病情嚴(yán)重,病死率較高。目前,針對漢坦病毒引起的疾病尚無特異性治療藥物,其發(fā)病機(jī)理尚未最后闡明。 病毒與細(xì)胞表面相應(yīng)受體的結(jié)合是病毒感染復(fù)制過程中的始動環(huán)節(jié),是決定病毒的宿主特異性、組織嗜性及致病性的主要因素之一。因此,漢坦病毒受體的研究有助于闡明其致病機(jī)制,為抗病毒治療和疫苗的研制提供新的方法。 目前漢坦病毒受體的研究已取得長足進(jìn)展。國外研究表明,β_3整合
[Abstract]:Hantavirus belongs to Bunia viridae. It is a single-stranded negative-stranded RNA virus with envelope. The genome is divided into three segments of (M), and small (S) in large (L), which encodes RNA-dependent RNA polymerase of the virus, respectively. Envelope glycoprotein (G1 and G2) and nuclear protein (NP). Glycoprotein G1 and G2 constitute a viral adsorptive protein (VAP). Hantavirus mainly causes two kinds of acute infectious diseases: one is characterized by fever, hemorrhage, acute renal dysfunction and immune dysfunction, and the other is pulmonary infiltration and pulmonary interstitial edema, the other is hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) (HFRS), which is characterized by fever, hemorrhage, acute renal dysfunction and immune dysfunction.
