【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評價中國大學生的心理彈性總體情況及其特征差異,為規(guī)范心理彈性的研究方法提供依據(jù)。方法:計算機檢索中國生物醫(yī)學文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫(CBMdisc)、維普中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(VIP)、相關(guān)期刊論文(CNKI)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫(Wanfang)、PubMed和Embase數(shù)據(jù)庫中截至2013年9月12日發(fā)表的文獻,納入有關(guān)大學生心理彈性現(xiàn)狀的橫斷面研究。2名研究者獨立進行文獻篩選、質(zhì)量評價和資料提取,而后交叉核對,若有分歧,討論解決。采用RevMan 5.1進行Meta分析,分析不同性別、年級、專業(yè)、居住地和是否為獨生子女的大學生的心理彈性得分差異。結(jié)果:總共納入31篇文獻共計19 285名大學生。大學生的心理彈性處于良好水平。男生的心理彈性得分略高于女生[OR(95%CI):0.11(0.03,0.19),P0.05],大一學生的心理彈性得分高于大四學生[OR(95%CI):0.19(0.09,0.30),P0.05],理工醫(yī)科類專業(yè)學生的心理彈性得分高于文科類專業(yè)的學生[OR(95%CI):-0.13(-0.20,-0.06),P0.05],城市學生、非獨生子女的心理彈性得分分別高于農(nóng)村學生[OR(95%CI):0.12(0.02,0.21),P0.05]和獨生子女[OR(95%CI):-0.09(-0.17,0.00),P0.05]。結(jié)論:國內(nèi)大學生群體的心理彈性存在差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: to systematically evaluate the general situation and characteristics of Chinese college students' psychological resilience, and to provide the basis for standardizing the research methods of psychological resilience. Methods: to retrieve Chinese biomedical literature database (CBMdisc), Weipu Chinese sci-tech journal database (VIP), Chinese periodical full-text database (CNKI), Wanfang database (Wanfang), The literature published in the databases of PubMed and Embase as of September 12, 2013, included cross-sectional studies on the current status of college students' psychological resilience. Two researchers independently conducted literature screening, quality evaluation and data extraction, then cross-checked, if there were differences. Discuss the solution. Meta analysis was carried out with RevMan 5.1 to analyze the differences in scores of resilience of college students with different gender, grade, specialty, residence and whether they were only children. Results: a total of 19 285 college students were included in 31 articles. The psychological flexibility of college students is at a good level. The scores of resilience of male students were slightly higher than that of female students [OR (95%CI): 0.11 (0.03 鹵0.19), P0.05]. The scores of mental resilience of freshmen were higher than those of senior students [OR (95%CI): 0.19 (0.09 鹵0.30)]. The scores of resilience of students majoring in science and technology medicine were higher than those of students majoring in liberal arts [OR (95%CI): -0.13 (-0.20- 0.06), P0.05]. The scores of resilience of non-only children were higher than those of rural students [OR (95%CI): 0.12 (0.020.21), P0.05] and only children [OR (95%CI): -0.09 (-0.170.00), P0.05]. Conclusion: there are differences in psychological resilience of college students in China.
