【摘要】：目的:探討卵園孔的解剖結(jié)構(gòu),側(cè)入法神經(jīng)阻滯的穿刺深度,為臨床治療三叉神經(jīng)痛提供解剖學(xué)依據(jù)。 方法:通過80例顱骨標(biāo)本,觀測(cè)卵圓孔的形態(tài)、大小、深度及其周圍結(jié)構(gòu)與卵圓孔穿刺路徑的關(guān)系。測(cè)量顴弓最高點(diǎn)間距,顴弓最高點(diǎn)至卵圓孔外側(cè)緣,結(jié)節(jié)嵴基線水平卵圓孔與顴弓最高點(diǎn)切線距離,通過統(tǒng)計(jì)計(jì)算側(cè)入法神經(jīng)節(jié)阻滯的穿刺深度。 結(jié)果:卵圓孔呈橢圓形、圓形、梨形、腎形,孔相對(duì)較大,容易穿刺;卵圓孔呈長(zhǎng)條形,孔扁小,穿刺難度大。卵圓孔管道短,穿刺針方向容易偏斜,卵圓孔管道長(zhǎng),穿刺針方向比較固定,不易偏斜。側(cè)入法穿刺深度可根據(jù)顱骨表面測(cè)量計(jì)算出 結(jié)論:卵圓孔的解剖特點(diǎn),在神經(jīng)阻滯術(shù)治療三叉神經(jīng)痛的卵圓孔穿刺中對(duì)穿刺的準(zhǔn)確性有重要的價(jià)值。根據(jù)顴弓最高點(diǎn)間距可推算卵圓孔穿刺時(shí)穿刺針進(jìn)針的深度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the anatomical structure of the foramen ovale and the puncture depth of lateral nerve block to provide anatomic basis for clinical treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods: the shape, size, depth and surrounding structure of foramen ovale were observed in 80 skull specimens. The distance between the highest point of the zygomatic arch and the lateral margin of the foramen ovale, the tangential distance between the horizontal foramen ovale and the highest point of the zygomatic arch were measured. Results: the foramen ovale was elliptic, pear shaped, kidney shaped, relatively large, easy to puncture, and the foramen ovale was long, flat and difficult to puncture. The orifice pipe is short, the needle direction is easy to deviate, the hole tube is long, the needle direction is fixed, and the needle direction is not inclined. The depth of puncture by lateral approach can be calculated according to the skull surface measurement. Conclusion: the anatomical characteristics of foramen ovale are of great value to the accuracy of puncture in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia by nerve block. According to the distance between the highest points of the zygomatic arch, the depth of the needle can be calculated during the puncture of the foramen ovale.
