季節(jié)性流感疫苗免疫血清與H7N9禽流感病毒交叉反應

【摘要】:目的分析接種季節(jié)性流感疫苗人群是否具有對新發(fā)H7N9流感病毒具有交叉保護,并反向檢測了雪貂產(chǎn)生H7N9抗血清與H1/H3/H5不同亞型流感病毒的免疫反應。方法利用血凝抑制試驗和微量中和實驗檢測疫苗免疫后人群轉(zhuǎn)陽血清對A/Anhui/1(H7N9)病毒中和作用及雪貂H7N9抗血清與A/California/07/2009(H1N1)、A/PR/8/34(H1N1)、A/Brisbane/59/2007(H1N1)、A/Brisbane/10/2007(H3N2)、A/Shenzhen/406H/2006(H5N1)和A/Vietnam/1203/2004(H5N1)等不同亞型病毒的中和作用。結(jié)果季節(jié)性流感疫苗受眾者轉(zhuǎn)陽血清與H7N9病毒反應HI及中和抗體反應均為陰性,雪貂H7N9抗血清與H1/H3/H5不同亞型流感病毒反應HI及中和抗體反應均為陰性。結(jié)論季節(jié)性流感疫苗接種人群不具有對新發(fā)H7N9流感病毒交叉保護,并且反向驗證了H7N9病毒抗血清與H1/H3/H5亞型流感病毒亦無交叉免疫反應。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the cross-protection of seasonal influenza vaccine against new H7N9 influenza virus, and to detect the immune response of ferret to H7N9 antiserum and H1/H3/H5 subtype influenza virus. Methods Hemagglutination inhibition test and micro neutralization test were used to detect the neutralization of A/Anhui/1 (H7N9) virus and ferret H7N9 antiserum with A/California/07/2009 (H1N1), A/PR/8/34 (H1N1). Neutralization of A/Brisbane/59/2007 (H1N1), A/Brisbane/10/2007 (H3N2), A/Shenzhen/406H/2006 (H5N1) and A/Vietnam/1203/2004 (H5N1) subtypes. Results the negative reaction of HI and neutralizing antibody against H7N9 virus was found in seasonal influenza vaccine recipients, and the reaction of HI and neutralizing antibody in ferret H7N9 antiserum with different subtypes of H1/H3/H5 was negative. Conclusion seasonal influenza vaccination population does not have cross-protection against new H7N9 influenza virus, and there is no cross immune reaction between H7N9 antiserum and H1/H3/H5 subtype influenza virus.
