【摘要】：目的:探討冠心病心絞痛寒凝血瘀證動(dòng)物模型的建立方法并進(jìn)行證候?qū)傩栽u(píng)價(jià)。方法:采用垂體后葉素單一因素大劑量靜脈注射的方法建立冠心病心絞痛動(dòng)物模型,通過觀察大鼠一般情況、心電圖和心肌微循環(huán)等指標(biāo)變化,對(duì)模型的證候?qū)傩赃M(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:與正常組比較,模型組大鼠出現(xiàn)唇周、爪子顏色紫暗、體溫下降等體征;心電圖顯示ST段顯著抬高、心率減慢;心肌活體微循環(huán)檢測(cè)顯示,心肌微靜脈收縮,紅細(xì)胞流速明顯減慢;血漿TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α值顯著升高(P0.05或P0.01)。結(jié)論:通過對(duì)模型宏觀表征和微觀指標(biāo)的辨證分析,認(rèn)為冠心病心絞痛寒凝血瘀證動(dòng)物模型成功建立。這種在西醫(yī)疾病基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行證候?qū)傩耘卸ǚ椒?gòu)建的病證結(jié)合模型客觀性強(qiáng)、可信度高,更符合臨床診療思路。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the establishment of animal model of angina pectoris with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome and to evaluate the syndromes. Methods: the animal model of coronary heart disease angina pectoris was established by single factor large dose intravenous injection of pituitrin. The syndromes of the model were evaluated by observing the changes of general condition, electrocardiogram and myocardial microcirculation. Results: compared with the normal group, the rats in the model group showed signs such as lip circumference, purple color of paws, hypothermia, electrocardiogram (ECG) showed that ST segment was significantly elevated, heart rate slowed down, and so on. Myocardial microcirculation test showed that myocardial microvein contracted, red blood cell velocity decreased significantly, and plasma TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1 偽 increased significantly (P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion: the animal model of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease angina pectoris was established successfully through the analysis of macroscopic characterization and microscopic index of the model. The model of syndrome combination based on western medicine is more objective and reliable, which is more suitable for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
