【摘要】：目的探究趾和足部淺淋巴管的解剖特征,為臨床提供解剖學(xué)基礎(chǔ)。方法 2具新鮮成人尸體的4例足部標(biāo)本,在趾側(cè)、足緣皮膚內(nèi),注入6%雙氧水。在手術(shù)顯微鏡下解剖淋巴管,找到淋巴管插入30G細針,注入硫酸鋇混合物。追蹤淋巴管的行程并進行照像記錄。淋巴管灌注完成后,標(biāo)本進行X線攝像記錄。確切顯示足部淺淋巴管的解剖位置、形態(tài)、與周圍靜脈的關(guān)系。結(jié)果各趾兩側(cè)可見集合淋巴管1支,管徑0.3 mm。足背集合淋巴管由始于趾、足內(nèi)外側(cè)緣的淋巴管匯集而成,有14支,管徑0.6mm。足后區(qū)可見2支集合淋巴管,管徑0.4 mm,始于內(nèi)外踝與跟腱間真皮下。足部淋巴管蜿蜒地行走于皮下組織,與靜脈交匯時,從其淺面和/或深面通過。結(jié)論本文準(zhǔn)確地描述了足部淺表淋巴管的解剖形態(tài),以及與周圍組織、血管神經(jīng)的關(guān)系,為相關(guān)的臨床和科研提供了解剖學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the anatomic characteristics of superficial lymphatic vessels in toe and foot, and to provide anatomic basis for clinical practice. Methods 4 foot specimens from 2 fresh adult cadavers were injected with 6% hydrogen peroxide into the skin of the toe and foot margin. The lymphatic vessels were dissected under the operating microscope and inserted into 30 G fine needle and injected with barium sulfate mixture. Track and record the lymphatic vessel. After the lymphatic vessel perfusion was completed, the specimen was recorded by X-ray photography. The anatomical location, morphology and relationship with the peripheral veins of the superficial lymphatic vessels in the foot were demonstrated. Results one lymphatic vessel with a diameter of 0.3 mm. could be seen on both sides of each toe. The lymphatic vessels in the dorsum pedis are composed of 14 lymphatic vessels starting from the toe and the lateral margin of the foot with a diameter of 0.6 mm. In the posterior region of foot, two lumped lymphatic vessels were found. The diameter of the lymphatic vessels was 0. 4 mm, from the subdermis between the medial and lateral malleolus and the Achilles tendon. The lymphatic vessels of the foot meander through the subcutaneous tissue and cross the veins through its superficial and / or deep surface. Conclusion the anatomic morphology of the superficial lymphatic vessels of the foot, the relationship between the superficial lymphatic vessels and the peripheral tissues and the blood vessels and nerves are described accurately in this paper, which provides anatomic basis for clinical and scientific research.
