【摘要】：三尖瓣復(fù)合體無(wú)論從形態(tài)學(xué)上、功能角度、疾病發(fā)生過(guò)程中的相關(guān)性還是從臨床診治過(guò)程出發(fā),都可以被看作一個(gè)整體。 近年來(lái)伴隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域迅猛發(fā)展,超聲診斷技術(shù)日新月異并不斷得到完善和發(fā)展,為心臟顯微外科手術(shù)帶來(lái)了強(qiáng)大的推動(dòng)力,以往的心臟瓣膜形態(tài)學(xué)研究已不能滿足臨床發(fā)展的需要,為此本實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)三尖瓣復(fù)合體各項(xiàng)觀測(cè)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行詳盡形態(tài)學(xué)描述,對(duì)測(cè)得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行科學(xué)的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,以期對(duì)三尖瓣復(fù)合體的認(rèn)識(shí)有一個(gè)系統(tǒng)清晰的量化標(biāo)準(zhǔn),同時(shí)為超聲多普勒對(duì)于三尖瓣的生理、病理現(xiàn)象的解釋提供了解剖學(xué)依據(jù),為三維超聲對(duì)三尖瓣疾病診斷提供了可靠的形態(tài)學(xué)依據(jù)及精確的數(shù)值;也為心臟外科進(jìn)行三尖瓣手術(shù)提供了量化參考指標(biāo),各聯(lián)合的表面投影位置還為瓣膜手術(shù)術(shù)中定位提供可靠依據(jù),增加了手術(shù)的安全性。
[Abstract]:Tricuspid valve complex can be regarded as a whole in terms of morphology, function, correlation in the process of disease development and clinical diagnosis and treatment. In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology, ultrasonic diagnostic technology has been constantly improved and developed, which has brought a powerful impetus for cardiac microsurgery. The previous morphological studies of heart valves can not meet the needs of clinical development. Therefore, the various observation indexes of tricuspid complex were described in detail, and the measured data were analyzed scientifically and statistically. It is expected that there is a systematic and clear quantitative standard for the recognition of tricuspid complex, and that it provides anatomic basis for the interpretation of the physiological and pathological phenomena of tricuspid valve by ultrasound Doppler. It provides a reliable morphological basis and accurate value for the diagnosis of tricuspid valve disease by three-dimensional ultrasound, and also provides a quantitative reference index for tricuspid valve surgery in cardiac surgery. The combined surface projection position also provides reliable basis for the location of valve operation, and increases the safety of the operation.
