羅夏測驗(yàn)自殺指數(shù)的信度和效度研究

【摘要】： 國外使用羅夏測驗(yàn)對自殺進(jìn)行研究由來已久，并相繼提出了許多能夠預(yù)測自殺的變量。其中以Exner提出的羅夏測驗(yàn)自殺指數(shù)使用最為廣泛，國外已有研究表明羅夏測驗(yàn)自殺指數(shù)能有效地預(yù)測自殺。本研究試圖探討羅夏測驗(yàn)自殺指數(shù)在中國應(yīng)用的有效性。 本研究選取30名正常被試、抑郁癥患者和其他有自殺和自傷行為的病人60人，同時(shí)施測羅夏測驗(yàn)、抑郁自評量表和自殺觀念及行為調(diào)查表。 結(jié)果表明：(1)羅夏測驗(yàn)自殺指數(shù)各變量都有較好的評定者間信度，可以接受。(2)本研究對抑郁癥病人和正常人比較顯示，兩組被試的S-CON有顯著差異，抑郁癥病人得分均高于正常人。(3) S-CON與抑郁自評量表有顯著正相關(guān)，，與S-CON有關(guān)的20個(gè)羅夏測驗(yàn)變量中，有12個(gè)變量與SDS的相關(guān)達(dá)到了極顯著水平，其中相關(guān)值較大的有FV+VF+V+FD和Color-shading Blends反應(yīng)。(4)與自殺觀念和行為的研究中，自殺觀念組S-CON顯著高于無自殺觀念或行為組、自殺行為組S-CON顯著高于無自殺觀念或行為組。
[Abstract]:Rorschach test has been used to study suicide for a long time, and many variables that can predict suicide have been put forward one after another. The Rorschach suicide index proposed by Exner is the most widely used, and some foreign studies have shown that the Rorschach suicide index can effectively predict suicide. This study attempts to explore the effectiveness of the Rorschach suicide Index in China. In this study, 30 normal subjects, 60 patients with depression and 60 patients with suicidal and self-injury behaviors were tested with Rorschach test, self-rating depression scale and suicide concept and behavior questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) each variable of Rorschach suicide index had good reliability and acceptable. (2) the comparison between depression patients and normal subjects showed that there was a significant difference in S-CON between the two groups. The scores of depression patients were higher than those of normal subjects. (3) there was a significant positive correlation between S-CON and self-rating depression scale, 12 of the 20 Rorschach test variables related to S-CON were significantly correlated with SDS. (4) in the study of suicidal concept and behavior, the S-CON of suicide concept group was significantly higher than that of no suicide concept or behavior group, and the S-CON of suicide behavior group was significantly higher than that of no suicide concept or behavior group.
