大鼠腦干內(nèi)參與口面部傷害性反射局部環(huán)路的運(yùn)動(dòng)前神經(jīng)元的形態(tài)學(xué)研究
[Abstract]:Pre-motor neurons play an important role in the generation of motor and the maintenance of motor coordination. Previous studies have confirmed that premotor neurons are involved in the formation of local neural loops of reflex activity. Nociceptive reflexesus NR is the most basic protective reflex in the body. It is an ideal model for studying the mechanism of nociceptive information transmission, central sensitization, pain sensitivity, tenderness and involved pain in the central nervous system. Some diseases of the central nervous system, such as hematoma, tumor or infarction, can destroy the integrity of reflex arc and cause reflex dysfunction or disorder. Therefore, NR can also provide morphological basis for clinical diagnosis of central nervous system lesions. Up to now, most studies on NR local loop have focused on spinal cord level, such as (nociceptive flexion reflexNFR, but for oral and facial reflex, For example, Jaw reflexus JR, corneal reflex CR, especially the study of premotor neurons in the local loop, due to the structure and function of trigeminal nerve system which conveys the facial sensory information and innervates the movement of the facial muscles of the mouth. Complexity is rarely reported. In view of this, the distribution and branching projections of premotor neurons involved in oral and facial nociceptive information transmission in the brain stem were systematically studied by various morphological methods. And the chemical neurotransmitters contained in these premotor neurons and the axon terminals of the (caudal spinal trigeminal nucleus VC projecting neurons from the caudal subnucleus of the spinal trigeminal nucleus. This thesis includes the following three aspects: 1. The distribution of premotor neurons involved in the local loop of oral and facial nociceptive reflex in the rat brain stem was followed by anterograde and retrograde traceability.
