復(fù)雜疾病遺傳基礎(chǔ)及易感基因研究的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)

【摘要】:復(fù)雜疾病如高血壓、2型糖尿病以及惡性腫瘤等嚴(yán)重影響著人們的生活質(zhì)量,并制約著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。因此,目前有關(guān)復(fù)雜疾病的項(xiàng)目攻關(guān)已成為學(xué)術(shù)研究的重點(diǎn)。以單核苷酸多態(tài)性以及拷貝數(shù)變異為基礎(chǔ)的全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)研究方法已日趨成熟。高通量測(cè)序技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及其成本的逐漸降低為更高精度的易感基因定位提供契機(jī)。本文總結(jié)了復(fù)雜疾病的遺傳基礎(chǔ)以及發(fā)病基礎(chǔ)理論的研究現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)已經(jīng)成熟的以及未來(lái)可預(yù)見(jiàn)的復(fù)雜疾病易感基因的定位及研究方法加以闡述和展望。
[Abstract]:Complex diseases such as hypertension type 2 diabetes and malignant tumor seriously affect people's quality of life and restrict the development of social economy. Therefore, the current project on complex diseases has become the focus of academic research. Genome-wide association studies based on single nucleotide polymorphisms and copy number variations have become more and more sophisticated. The development of high-throughput sequencing technology and the decreasing of its cost provide an opportunity for more accurate mapping of susceptible genes. In this paper, the genetic basis and basic theory of complex diseases are summarized, and the location and research methods of susceptible genes for complex diseases which are mature and foreseeable in the future are discussed and prospected.
