青少年的抑郁水平及自殺意念對其情緒Stroop效應和手書特征的影響

【摘要】: 青少年自殺率的持續(xù)飆升,使作為自殺未遂和自殺死亡早期階段的自殺意念受到諸多學者的重視。雖然抑郁水平與自殺意念相關程度最高,但仍難以單靠抑郁水平來預測自殺意念,進而對青少年自殺行為進行有效的防止。本研究通過問卷調查、情緒stroop任務和手書任務相結合的方式,不僅比較準確地定位不同抑郁水平和自殺意念類型的青少年,而且探討出這些不同類型青少年間對中性詞匯、積極詞匯、自殺方式詞匯和消極詞匯的反應時的差異,對“術”字、中性詞匯、積極詞匯、自殺方式詞匯和消極詞匯書寫特征的差異,這些外在指標的差異為以后更有效防止和減少青少年自殺行為提供一個良好的檢測機制和平臺,研究結論如下: 1、高抑郁水平女生顯著多于高抑郁水平男生,高抑郁有自殺意念的男生顯著多于高抑郁有自殺意念的女生;高抑郁的高中生顯著多于高抑郁的初中生,在有自殺意念的青少年中,這種差異更顯著;有自殺意念青少年的抑郁水平顯著高于無自殺意念青少年的抑郁水平;高抑郁水平者的自殺意念也高于低抑郁者的自殺意念; 2、不同抑郁和自殺意念類型的青少年間對中性詞匯的反應時沒有差別;對消極詞匯的反應,高抑郁者對消極詞匯的反應顯著慢于低抑郁者;對自殺方式詞匯的反應,有自殺意念者對自殺方式詞匯的反應顯著快于無自殺意念者; 3、青少年在書寫任何情緒詞匯時,有自殺意念青少年的書寫速度均顯著快于無自殺意念青少年,在書寫自殺方式詞匯時,高抑郁水平者的初始斷點顯著小于低抑郁者,有癥狀者書寫總體斷點少,,有自殺意念者書寫波動次數(shù)多;對中性詞匯的書寫速度比其它詞匯的速度都慢; 4、絕對值后手書指標值的對比中,在書寫積極詞匯時,低抑郁有自殺意念者和高抑郁無自殺意念者均比低抑郁無自殺意念者快;對消極詞匯的書寫,高抑郁者的速度顯著大于低抑郁者。
[Abstract]:With the increasing suicide rate, suicidal ideation, which is the early stage of suicide attempt and death, has attracted much attention from many scholars. Although the level of depression has the highest correlation with suicidal ideation, it is still difficult to predict suicidal ideation by the level of depression alone. The present study not only accurately located adolescents with different levels of depression and suicidal ideation, but also explored the neutral vocabulary among these different types of adolescents through questionnaires, emotional stroop tasks and handwritten tasks. Differences in reaction time between positive vocabulary, suicide vocabulary and negative vocabulary, and differences in writing characteristics of "skill", neutral vocabulary, positive vocabulary, suicide vocabulary and negative vocabulary. These differences in external indicators provide a good detection mechanism and platform for more effective prevention and reduction of suicidal behavior among adolescents in the future. The results are as follows: 1. Girls with high level of depression are significantly more than boys with high level of depression, and boys with high depression have more suicidal ideation than girls with high level of depression with suicidal ideation; High school students with high depression had more depression than junior middle school students with high depression, and the depression level of adolescents with suicidal ideation was significantly higher than that of adolescents without suicide ideation, and the depression level of adolescents with suicidal ideation was significantly higher than that with suicidal ideation. The suicidal ideation of the high depressive group was higher than that of the low depressive group. 2, there was no difference in the response to the neutral vocabulary among the adolescents with different depression and suicidal ideation type. The response to negative vocabulary was significantly slower in high depression group than that in low depression group, and the response to suicide style vocabulary was significantly faster in those with suicidal ideation than in those without suicidal ideation. 3. In the writing of any emotional vocabulary, the writing speed of adolescents with suicidal ideation was significantly faster than that of those without suicidal ideation. The initial breakpoints of the patients with high level of depression were significantly lower than those of the patients with low depression, the total breakpoints of writing in the patients with symptoms were less than those of the patients with suicide ideation, and the writing speed of neutral words was slower than that of other words. (4) in the comparison of the handwritten index values after absolute value, in the writing of positive words, the patients with low depression and those with high depression without suicidal ideation were faster than those with low depression without suicidal ideation. For negative vocabulary writing, the speed of high depression was significantly higher than that of low depression.
