移動電話電磁輻射對小鼠生殖功能的影響

【摘要】:【第一部分】 移動電話電磁輻射對雄性小鼠生殖功能的影響 目的:探討移動電話電磁輻射對雄性小鼠生殖系統(tǒng)功能的影響。 方法:用移動電話的模擬輻射源對雄性昆明小鼠進行全身輻射,輻射頻率為935MHz,時間為2h/d,連續(xù)35d,按平均功率密度分為3個組,即0μW/cm~2組(對照組)、570μW/cm~2輻射組和1400μW/cm~2輻射組。輻射后取雙側(cè)睪丸和附睪稱重,采用全自動生化分析儀檢測睪丸組織乳酸脫氫酶同工酶(lactic dehydrogenase-x isozyme,LDH-X)活性,常規(guī)分析附睪的精子計數(shù)、活動率和畸形率,并觀察睪丸組織結(jié)構(gòu)及電鏡超微結(jié)構(gòu)。 結(jié)果:(P) LDH-X活性:1400μW/cm~2輻射組的LDH-X活性為(338.143±73.348)U/g,明顯低于570μW/cm~2輻射組[(401.780±50.919)U/g]和對照組[(408.449±71.325)U/gl,差異均有顯著性(P0.05);570μW/cm~2輻射組和對照組比較,差異無顯著性(P0.05)。(2) 精子的常規(guī)分析:1400μW/cm~2輻射組的精子活動率為(40.818±4.729)%,與對照組[(47.667±6.964)%]比較,差異有顯著性(P0.05);570μW/cm~2輻射組的精子活動率[(44.800±6.102)%]與對照組比較,差異無顯著性(P0.05)。精子計數(shù)和精子畸形率在各組間的差異均無顯著性(P0.05)。(3) 組織結(jié)構(gòu)和超微結(jié)構(gòu):①各輻射組的睪丸組織結(jié)構(gòu)未見異常。②1400μW/cm~2輻射組出現(xiàn)精子尾部線粒體的超微結(jié)構(gòu)改變,表現(xiàn)為形態(tài)大小不一,分布不均;部分出現(xiàn)腫脹,電子密度降低;板狀嵴減少,灶性空化。570μW/cm~2輻射組的超微結(jié)構(gòu)未見明顯改變。 結(jié)論:在本實驗條件下,1400μW/cm~2的移動電話電磁輻射可引起LDH-X活性降低、精子活動率下降及精子尾部線粒體的超微結(jié)構(gòu)改變,提示一定強度的移動電話電磁輻射可能影響雄性生殖功能,其機制可能是通過作用于線粒體、阻礙生精細胞(尤其是精子)的能量代謝而產(chǎn)生生殖毒性。
[Abstract]:Effect of electromagnetic radiation of mobile phone on reproductive function of male mice objective: to study the effect of electromagnetic radiation of mobile phone on male mice The influence of the function of colonization system. Methods: the simulated emitter of mobile phone was used to radiate the male Kunming mice. The radiation frequency was 935 MHz and the time was 2 h / d for 35 days. According to the average power density, the mice were divided into three groups: 0 渭 W/cm~2 group (control group) and 1400 渭 W/cm~2 radiation group. After irradiation, the testis and epididymis were weighed, and the activity of lactic dehydrogenase-x isozyme LDH-X in testis was measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. The sperm count, motility rate and abnormal rate of epididymis were analyzed routinely. The structure of testis and ultrastructure of electron microscope were observed. Results: the activity of (P) LDH-X in the 1 400 渭 W/cm~2 radiation group was (338.143 鹵73.348) U / g, which was significantly lower than that in the 570 渭 W/cm~2 radiation group [(401.780 鹵50.919) U / g] and the control group [(408.449 鹵71.325) U / g]. The difference was significant (P0.05) between the 570 渭 W/cm~2 radiation group and the control group. There was no significant difference (P0.05). (2) in the sperm motility rate of the 1 400 渭 W/cm~2 radiation group (40.818 鹵4.729), which was significantly different from that of the control group [(47.667 鹵6.964)%] (P0.05). The sperm motility rate of the 570渭 W/cm~2 radiation group [(44.800 鹵6.102)%] was not significantly different from that of the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in sperm count and sperm deformity rate among the three groups (P0.05). (3). There were no significant changes in testicular tissue structure in the radiation group of 0.21400 渭 W/cm~2 and the ultrastructure of spermatozoa tail mitochondria in the radiation group (P0.05). (3). The results showed that the morphology was different, the distribution was uneven, some swelling appeared, the electron density was decreased, the plate ridge was decreased, and the ultrastructure of focal cavitation. 570 渭 W/cm~2 radiation group had no obvious change. Conclusion: under the condition of this experiment, the electromagnetism radiation of 1 400 渭 W/cm~2 of mobile phone can reduce the activity of LDH-X, decrease the rate of sperm motility and change the ultrastructure of mitochondria in the tail of spermatozoa. The results suggest that electromagnetic radiation of mobile phone may affect male reproductive function, and its mechanism may be reproductive toxicity by acting on mitochondria and blocking the energy metabolism of spermatogenic cells (especially sperm).
