TOCP誘發(fā)母雞OPIDN發(fā)生過程中神經(jīng)電生理、抗氧化系統(tǒng)及凋亡相關(guān)蛋白變化
[Abstract]:Objective to study the time-effect relationship of the characteristics of sciatic nerve action potential (compound action potention parametersCAP) in organophosphorus easter-induced delayed neurotoxicity induced by Tri-ortho-cresyl phosphate TOCP and its relationship with symptom grading in hens. (2) the time-effect relationship of oxidative antioxidant system in central and peripheral nervous system and serum and its relationship with symptom grading, (3) the time-effect relationship of cyt-c expression of apoptosis-related protein in nerve tissue, and the search for sensitive indexes. To investigate the pathogenesis and early diagnosis of OPIDN caused by TOCP. Methods 1.Establishment of animal model: adult Roman hens were randomly divided into five time points. TOCP was dissolved in corn oil. The hens in the administration group received 750 mg 路kg ~ (-1) TOCP (0.65ml/kg once, while the control group (day 0) was given the same volume of corn oil. 2. Observation of the clinical symptoms of delayed neurotoxicity: the observation of each group Changes in the general state of the hens in the group, The weight of hens was measured regularly, and the clinical manifestations of OPIDN were observed every day until the end of the experiment. The threshold of pain and the parameters of sciatic nerve action potential were measured. The conduction velocity of sciatic nerve in the latent period and amplitude of CAP, Maximum stimulation intensity and threshold intensity. 4. Determination of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant capacity in nerve tissue and serum. The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH), the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and the activity of glutathione reductase (glutathione reductase gr) in sciatic nerve and serum were measured.
