結(jié)核分枝桿菌對(duì)于異煙肼耐藥的分子機(jī)制研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:正我國(guó)耐藥結(jié)核病疫情嚴(yán)重,一線(xiàn)抗癆藥物異胭肼(INH)作為DOTS(直接督導(dǎo)下短程化療)戰(zhàn)略中重要組成藥物已被廣泛應(yīng)用于臨床,而長(zhǎng)期應(yīng)用異胭肼可誘導(dǎo)結(jié)核分枝桿菌的基因變異,使異胭肼耐藥性大幅提高。研究表明結(jié)核分枝桿菌中的過(guò)氧化氫酶-過(guò)氧化物酶(katG)、烯酰脂酰載體蛋白還原酶(inhA)、β-酮酰基;\(yùn)載蛋白合成酶(kasA)、烷基
[Abstract]:As the outbreak of drug-resistant tuberculosis is serious in China, the first-line anti-tuberculosis drug isoparazide (INH) has been widely used in clinical practice as an important component of dots (Direct supervised Short-course chemotherapy) strategy. The gene variation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis could be induced by long term application of iso-hydrazine, and the drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis could be greatly increased.
