【摘要】：目的探究植物性雌激素對子宮肌瘤模型大鼠血清NOS、TNF-α、IL-2水平及子宮平滑肌厚度的影響。方法選取74只Wistar大鼠,采用腹腔注射苯甲酸雌二醇建立子宮肌瘤大鼠模型,隨機分為2組。實驗組36例,灌胃給予植物性雌激素依普黃酮溶液,對照組38例,灌胃給予非植物性雌激素結合雌激素溶液。治療2周后,檢測并比較2組大鼠血清NOS、TNF-α及IL-2水平。結果治療后,對照組大鼠血清NOS、TNF-α水均較治療前顯著降低(P0.05),實驗組大鼠血清NOS、TNF-α水平較治療前顯著升高(P0.05),治療后實驗組較對照組顯著升高(P0.05)。治療后,對照組大鼠IL-2水平較治療前顯著升高(P0.05);實驗組大鼠IL-2水平較治療前顯著下降(P0.05)。治療后,對照組大鼠子宮平滑肌厚度較治療前顯著減少(P0.05);實驗組大鼠子宮平滑肌厚度較治療前顯著增加(P0.05);且實驗組大鼠平滑肌厚度顯著高于對照組(P0.05)。結論植物性雌激素可升高子宮肌瘤模型大鼠血清NOS、TNF-α含量、降低血清IL-2水平,對大鼠子宮平滑肌有顯著的增厚作用,是加重子宮肌瘤模型大鼠病情的藥物,不適用于子宮肌瘤患者的治療,臨床應對該藥物的使用進行嚴格監(jiān)管。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of phytoestrogen on serum NOS- TNF- 偽 and uterine smooth muscle thickness in rats with uterine leiomyoma. Methods Seventy-four Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups by intraperitoneal injection of estradiol benzoate to establish uterine leiomyoma model. The experimental group (n = 36) received phytoestrogenin solution by gavage, and the control group (n = 38) by non-phytoestrogen binding estrogen solution. After 2 weeks of treatment, the serum levels of NOS- TNF- 偽 and IL-2 were measured and compared between the two groups. Results after treatment, the serum NOSN TNF- 偽 level in the control group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05), the serum NOSN TNF- 偽 level in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05), and that in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). After treatment, the level of IL-2 in control group was significantly higher than that before treatment (P0.05), and the level of IL-2 in experimental group was significantly lower than that before treatment (P0.05). After treatment, the thickness of uterine smooth muscle in control group was significantly lower than that before treatment (P0.05); the thickness of uterine smooth muscle in experimental group was significantly higher than that before treatment (P0.05); and the thickness of smooth muscle in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05). Conclusion phytoestrogen can increase the content of serum NOSN TNF- 偽 and decrease the level of serum IL-2 in rats with uterine leiomyoma, and it can significantly increase the thickness of uterine smooth muscle in rats. It is a medicine for exacerbating the condition of uterine leiomyoma model rats. Not suitable for the treatment of hysteromyoma patients, clinical use of the drug should be strictly monitored.
